Came here couple times or so and the service is good. I had asked a worker to mix my iced coffee and was frustrating she didn’t understand and someone had to explain. I said thank you, etc, & not much of an answer. Place is busy, and clean.

Very rude employees, didn’t give me a donut and gave me another wrong donut. 15 minutes wait for one coffee and one donut, unacceptable.
I stopped here while heading downstate via the Taconic State Parkway. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was good. I ordered 2 hashbrowns and one batch was burnt. The hashbrowns had a hard texture. The other batch was great though
The only dunkin I trust. The blonde dude that works there makes the BEST coffee he does it every. Single. Time. When I take that first sip I start floating a little bit it’s so damn good.

My friend and I were passing by and decided to order 2 snack and bacon both were very cold and I asked her to warm it back up for me please and she had an attitude and told me that the bacon is not supposed to be hot…….What?Do you bacon cold?
