Michelangelo’s Restaurant really came through for us on a 10-day catering event. We had several dietary restrictions, including attendees who were vegans, had a strict gluten free diet, and one person with serious nut allergies. Steve and Alex were able to accommodate each of these restrictions with delicious options for each of them, handling everything with professionalism and care.
