My friends and I had a fantastic stay here over the summer for some concerts at Bethel Woods (less than 15 minutes with traffic to be parked at the venue)
The location is top notch, everything you need is right there, a grocer, drug store, coffee shop, a couple restaurants, and a bucolic creek side setting. Vape shop and gas station as well, right across the street, and a bigger bar / restaurant that's open late just a couple miles south.
The hosts were great, very friendly and quick to help.
This place won't win any awards for luxury, and it's all the better for it.
The even had a couple of pies and other snacks ready for us when we arrived.
All in all, I'd absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking for a restful and rejuvenating stay.

We stayed in the Deck House (which is more of a studio appartment than a "house") for a couple days. Owner was very easy to deal with. The place was clean, well organized and there were a variety of fun treats and surprises left for us when we arrived. Lots of stuff like groceries, restaurants and bakeries nearby, although almost everything is closed Monday and Tuesdays.

We had tapas for dinner there. The food was delicious. We ended up taking home leftovers because 2 tapas plates per person was actually a good amount of food! :)

My cousin and I stayed in one of the cottages at the Samba Café and Inn in Jeffersonville, NY for two nights in September 2022. It is not a traditional hotel or inn but a cottage that easily sleeps four people with a bedroom and a sleeping area. There is a lot of room in the kitchen/dining area, and the hosts had supplied us amply with fresh baked goods, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, milk and more. There is a large garden area with furniture and a brook gurgling right by the property. The town is very small, but there are a couple of restaurants, a drug store, a helpful and knowledgeable real estate broker right across the street, a post office and a supermarket. The village also has a school and a couple of shops with vintage items. Samba Café is open on weekends and serves tapas. They were not open when we were there, but others have said that it is good. All the towns' people we met were friendly and happy to talk about the history of the area. There are lots of green areas, and we saw deer wandering about on some of the lawns of houses.
Cafe Samba is a unique, vibrant and charming find in Jeffersonville, NY. The decor is beautiful, the food is delicious and a real treat infused with distinctive tastes of Brazilian cuisine. The store attached to the restaurant is filled with marvelous treasure. The background music is also wonderful.
