Whoever was working the closing shift on Thursday, November 21st closed the shop over 30 minutes early. I pulled in at 10 and the door was unlocked but the girl told us to leave. She had a rude and disrespectful tone too. We come here every couple of weeks and have never had this happen. This place has honestly gone downhill. Won’t be coming back.

I have been going to 16 handles for months after I was referred to it by a friend and I have not one complaint. The service and cleanliness of the shop makes all the difference in why I choose this place. The employees are constantly on top of changing toppings and cleaning up even the smallest mess. I would 100% recommend 16 Handles!
Dietary restrictions: There are plenty options for flavors and toppings that don’t contain dairy and employees have always been happy to point out what is safe to eat when dealing with dietary restrictions

There are often several large groups of children at the yogurt shop, and unfortunately, the staff doesn't always keep things tidy. I've witnessed children eating directly from the topping scoops while the staff tries to manage the influx of young customers. The frozen yogurt is often too soft, and the toppings bar is in a state of disarray, appearing unsanitary and unkempt.
