Obviously an older store but the layout is awful. They have the largest selection of Organic and Natural foods of any grocery store. Their prices are high. Great salad bar and prepared foods sections.

Sadly, after amazon bought Whole Foods, this store has gone downhill.Customer service, while superficially polite, is the least useful when it comes to finding products. A question like "can you help me find product xyz" is responded with answers that give you as little help as possible. Answers like a shrug. Answers like "I think we don't have it, but you can check". They couldn't be bothered.Swarms of online amazon shoppers are all over this place. People who don't wear masks, don't care about social distancing, and take up whole aisles without a care.A request for a bag for a purchase is met with a blank stare and an angry distribution of a single bag given to me as if I am so lucky to get a bag. Next, they watch you bag your items yourself, marveling at their pride in making a customer do their own grocery packing after spending a large premium vs any other grocery store. They are miserable working at Whole Foods under amazon ownership, and it shows.

I used to love this place. But lately the store is so overpacked with amazon prime shoppers you can barely move in there. There has got to be a way to fill your online orders. Perhaps before or after regular hours. It's gotten to the point you could barely move down the isles and there are unattended carts everywhere blocking everything. Even worse since corona, and by the way great way to social distance. They only let a limited number of people in the store and it seems there are more amazon shoppers than regular customers.

Whole Foods Market Jericho is not a very large store in the way the isles are set up it can be kind of a tight squeeze pushing the cart through the small narrow passageways near the fruit and produce section of the store when you walk in. However they have a nice variety of fruit and vegetables and sometimes exotic fruit can be found when in stock/season. The store is fairly clean. Most times the isle are packed with stockers stocking the shelves during extremely busy times of the day, One would think a store as busy as Whole Foods would stock shelves overnight so the shelves are fully stocked upon opening leaving the isles an clear of clutter allowing shoppers easier access to the items they intended to purchase. This is not the case at the Jericho location. It is quite inconvenient to shop with the large carts of stocking materials on almost every isle, nonetheless Whole Foods has many great items with a vast variety of fresh organic & NON GMO options if that is your thing as well as conventional.

Social distancing line outside moved pretty quickly- they have an employee stationed at the entrance and exit and are communicating to keep some control over how many people are inside. Good news is the store is well-stocked, and there is hardly a line to check out.

I know it's a pandemic, but if you can't make fresh sushi, don't sell it! Salmon avocado rolls were inedible. They'd clearly been made with days old , stale rice. They have nerve to charge $30 for food that, had I actually eaten more than one bit, probably would have gotten me and my daughter sick.

I love WF delivery via Amazon and have scored 2 delivery windows I the last week which is AMAZING!! I live at least 20 miles/10 mikes from the closest WF so its great to have my groceries delivered to my doorstep in this time of COVID-19 craziness. It's more reasonably priced than the local places and I love the variety! Today I scored 2 boxes of gluten free potstickers and 2 bags of Alexia hash browns plus a large watermelon for $6.99 plus olive oil and capers. It will be an interesting dinner tonight!

This is review is concerning my recent experience of using this location from my Amazon Prime account. It claims that if I pick out a selection of foods found in the store, they will be delivered in two hours. I spent a half hour picking out a nice selection of staple items - most of them reasonably priced some a bit on the high side. Then when I got to checkout I had to choose a time for them to be delivered. There's the rub. Delivery could not be done in 2 hours. Delivery could not be done today. Delivery could not be done tomorrow. Delivery could, seemingly, not be done ever. They had just totally wasted my time.

I went here for the 2nd time at about 830 this morning, I was running early this morning and decided to pick up something to munch on for breakfast so I stopped in whole foods.I found the bulk foods section and since I didn't plann on going to whole foods I didn't bring any of my usual containers but the whole foods by me has paper bags near the bulk foods section, so I thought they might have the same. I asked the person working in the bulk foods section if they had paper bags and she pointed and said over there (in a way like she didn't want to be bothered) so I looked and I saw those produce plastic bags and I turned to her and I said "do you have paper bags?" And she yelled at me "THOSE OVER THERE" or "RIGHT THERE" (something to that nature, to be honest I don't remember exactly what she said because I was so shocked she was so nasty to me. I know this is not the entire store but it put such a bad taste in my mouth that I am not sure I would come back for a while. I left there pretty upset. And I had my young son with me, so she was nasty to me in front of my kid. Again I know it's a little unfair to grade the entire store badly because of one employee but it left that much of an impression on me.

This place has the most considerate , pleasant , well spoken and responsive set of young employees of any supermarket I know of , and they are generally Very conscious with regards to cleanliness ( using step ladders instead of climbing on shelves , keeping items in their boxes before placing them on the shelves instead of lining them up on the floor ) . There are also many difficult to find items that you can conveniently avoid ordering online here . SO WHY ONLY THREE STARS ? There is a total disconnect between the consideration staff shows customers , and the rude , arrogant , inconsiderate ( shall I add effete , monetarily upscale ? ) clients who habituate Jericho Whole Foods . During my last visit , 2/5/20 , while chatting about products with a young stockgirl in the tea/condiment aisle , I had to restrain myself from shouting at some patrons who had no manners whatsoever ( like , uh " Pardon me , excuse me " ....what you teach your 4 year old ) . The parking lot can also be a nightmare , at any time ; better to park on the north side , towards Milleridge Inn . You really need to time your visit for relatively quiet hours , Weekdays before 3 PM . I shop a H Mart across 107 weekly for specialty items ; while many of the Korean employees have limited English , at least the general level of common courtesy is a few notches higher . I really don't know what the powers that be at Whole Foods can do to change the bizarre customer mindset , as the place is always packed after 5 , and obviously thriving .

Been slowly getting over this place as it's been going downhill since Amazon bought it, but this morning was the nail in the coffin. Called to speak to the butcher/meat department, Kerry politely transferred me over. After being on hold for a bit, the brilliant and classy butcher picked the phone up and proceeded to hang up. So over people who just don't care about customer service. Congrats on the hang-up chief, you just cost Whole Foods a substantial Super Bowl party purchase.

I had gone here 40 times. I'm not coming back. Cashiers are hit or miss when it comes to care in packing produce and basic human interaction skills. Attendants at the pizza/hot food buffet are usually "missing in action", and the stale appearance of that food shows it. Salad at the buffet is soggy. Other than that, the place is awesome.

I'm lucky I live near a Whole Foods. Although I must admit that some things are worth getting here and some arent. Many items are way over priced and you can get the same quality at your nearby Farmers Market. Their bottled/fresh juices/sodas are amazing and wont easily find them at other places. Their desserts and bakery are good but their hot food bar is just okay-nothing special or amazingly delicious although I do like their breakfast. Their dairy, nuts and grocery/produce is ridiculously over priced. Im shocked how people buy it and I actually feel bad for them - even if they do have tons of money to waste. Cereals are good, different and exotic but can find the SAME thing for way less at Trader Joes. The vitamins you can get cheaper online as well as their beauty supplies. The worst thing is having to have Amazon Prime to get the deals they offer. The fresh juice bar has good fresh juices and smoothies but you could probably make it better at home and for much cheaper. Just saying. The coffee is terrible. Seafood area is vast, beautiful and super clean with many good options. But in my humble opinion, food in general, should NOT be "Whole Foods" prices. The store is always kept nice, tidy and clean. If you guys ever come here please buy the Loacker Quadratini Hazelnut bite size wafer cookies. They are seriously addicting! I have a pic posted below. Enjoy!
