While in the area we stopped into this Arby’s since most of the locations closed where we lived. Although the food was good, the service was another story. The young lady Yesica seemed more interested in engaging with her colleagues than focusing on our order. Not only did she charge us for extra items (which we didn’t mind since we were hungry), but when we asked her regarding a charge on the receipt, she had an attitude and while walking to the back towards her colleagues , she talked smack about us in Spanish, not realizing we understood everything she said. Rather than engage in ignorance, we ate our meal and kept it moving.

sandwiches were good, staff were not very polite and borderline rude. Place is freezing cold and dirty, unpleasant environment and non inviting. i know its just a fast food, but nevertheless should be a welcoming environment. i don’t recommend the curly fries as you end up having just bits and pieces since they all brake. they don’t provide napkins easily, and finally the apple juice that comes with kids meal is basically water. would i come back there ? unlikely i’d try a different location for the sandwich. if i’d be the manager or owner, i’d spend time resolving these issues.

The friend with whom I went to lunch has always loved the turkey club sandwich & since we were finally in the neighborhood, we decided to go. It has been a few years since I visited Arby's, I'd always gotten roast beef or the Reuben. The sandwich was very good. I'm sorry Arby's, like so many others, does not offer a somewhat healthier side, like coleslaw or a small salad; it is fast food, though. For the price, though, there are some restaurants with lunch specials where we could have relaxed, had the food brought to us, and gotten greater value for our money. I avoid fast food places these days unless I have coupons; they are simply not the value they used to be. While the quality here was better than most, it was not sufficient to call it a good value. 2 combo lunches cost us just under $30.

My family and I had tried and Arby's out in NJ and absolutely loved it so we wanted to have some again. Lucky for us there's a few places in long Island and we discovered this place. The sandwiches did not taste as fresh, fries were pretty hard and at least the milkshakes were good. After having food from here, my family and I all have upset stomach, I would not recommend eating from here again. Seems the food is not cooked properly and/or not prepared fresh and now we all have bad stomachs all night.

Super roast beef solid, turnovers solid. The service mostly focused on the drive thru so took a while to order indoors. Took a while to get the order. It's busy in the afternoon with the happy hour discounting.
