Can I not give no stars? This is the worst Dunkin' ever! 20 mins in a drive through for a coffee. Then was told to move from the window to being me my order. Donuts are always stale , FYI.
I am to blame. I keep telling myself not to stop at this Dunkin' Donuts and yet, as it is one of the only places to get coffee while driving toward the LIE, I inevitably stop nonetheless. It is always torturously slow. It doesn't matter if you wait at the drive through or go inside. Maybe it's psychological preparation--get your frustration with waiting out at Dunkin before proceeding to the highway gridlock. You'd think they would hire at least one more person given the volume...read full review

Done with this place. What's the point of making a mobile order if 15 minutes after ordering you're still waiting, as you watch people who order at the counter get their order before yours? Also I just got a latte without the flavor swirl, even though it says what I wanted on the mobile order sticker. No sugar at all. This place is the worst.
