Love this place! Very clean. Service is great! Perfect! I even spoke with the manager and told him because the bagel boss by where I live in bay shore is not so great! Always a disappointment when I go there! But this locations is AWESOME!

People who work there are friendly but the food is not that great plus they have no meat. $10 for an egg and cheese on a bagel. Place in Bay Shore for sausage, egg and cheese for $8.95/ Also there cheese taste like Velveeta.

I don't normally go to this deli but today I decided to try something different and healthier. I got the smoked salmon sandwich on a roll with a side of corn salad. The bread was soft and the ingredients were very fresh. I'm impressed by how fresh and flavorful this sandwich is! Even the salad is delicious. I recommend this deli's fresh food and friendly atmosphere.

The food is very good here. The bagels look delicious but I don't eat simple carbohydrates so I never eat bagels anymore. Ben is great and he always gives me a little extra because he's such a wonderful person. But the prices are way too high. I don't come here nearly as much as I used to because it's sort of a rip off. I really hate to criticize this place because Ben is such a sweet and nice guy and the food is quite delicious. But I do think that they should lower their prices on certain items. I love the fake crab salad but it shouldn't cost almost $24 a pound. I couldn't believe how little I got for $10 today. I should never come here unless Ben is here because he always gives me a larger amount then what $10 normally would get you here. And he just lets it slide. If you get the young guy as the guy portioning out your fake crab salad, you're going to hardly get any for $10. I think they make a mistake overcharging because I would eat here almost every day if they were not so overpriced. I understand that there's inflation and rent is high but 23 something dollars for fake crab salad is ridiculous. From now on I will only let Ben serve me because the other guys give me so little fake crabmeat salad for $10. I recommend that you guys lower your prices on this fake crab meat

Stopped here yesterday for a coffee, bagels and muffins everything was so fresh and really delicious. The family Had it for breakfast this morning. Highly recommend this location plus the staff is super friendly will be coming here instead of the Hicksville location from now on
Very upset. I found a fly on my bagel stuck to it. I noticed a bunch flying around but didn't pay attention. I open the bag in my car and it's stuck to my bagel. Felt sick for days. Never going back.

Walked in, workers kinda looked at me weirdly as I was standing by the counter waiting to be served like ok? Anyways, after 3 minutes of just standing there a man asked me ," What can I get for you?" OK so I proceed to ask for a BEC but then he says "We don't have meat , this is a kosher place." What? I get it if they are, but there was no indication outside or anything. It just says BAGEL BOSS so you would assume that it's just a regular bagel store? I don't know maybe I'm over reacting but I feel that they should just have some sort of sign on THE OUTSIDE indicating that before you walk in. After he said that I just got it without the "bacon" but he took the order wrong anyways because I asked for the eggs over medium and he said over easy when he went to ring me up. It was whatever, eggs were good just not to liking. I'd skip out on this bagel boss if you want meat and great service.

I wrote a review for Bagel Boss in 2016 and I gave it 2 stars. I had to update my review in 2023 and am updating my rating to 1 star as I think people should look elsewhere to get their bagels. One of my biggest gripes about this location was that the prices always seemed to vary even when my order stayed the same. In addition, pricing has risen over the years (as it has with other places). I usually get two bagels ($1.75 each last time I went, and I think that's too much), but sometimes they'd charge me for tax and sometimes they wouldn't. Over the years, they had specials, but they're gone now. The most recent time that I went, I went to get two bagels with nothing in them as I usually do (and I asked for them to be sliced), but the total came out to about $4. When I asked the young lady what changed, she said there was a 'cutting fee'. I've never heard of any normal bagel place charging a 'cutting fee'. The quality of the bagels is also inconsistent. Sometimes they'll be very good and sometimes they'll be average. The customer service is also below average overall. Some of the younger guys have been friendly, so no disrespect to them. But some of the older gentlemen have been pretty gruff and / or unable to follow simple directions. I definitely never have felt very welcome as a customer here. So these are some honest observations I've had with patronizing this establishment over the course of years. If you're in the Westbury area and need bagels, I'd recommend 'The Bagel Shop' on Old Country Rd. instead.

I was in today to get some bagels help is on new. I am standing there with a thumb up my ass and nobody wants to help. Don't go to the bagel store. It is not professional, and the owner should close the store I went to the bagel store at the Jericho shopping center by Whole Foods and they were wonderful. They treated you correctly as a customer.
