Milkshake are really milk only, ice-cream are only flavour in milkshake due to non training staff. I called phone number to complaining this issues, staff response said calling incharge 25 minutes no one, disconnected line try several times to call back due to receivers out call not go through

I really like Dunkin Donuts for the coffee and occasional scoop of ice cream (now that I am trying to remain donut free for a while.) They do such a robust business here that everything is always fresh. I have always liked Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, so I was really happy to see that they started offering all their flavors in the DD stores. The one thing I can't get used to is how pricy it is. Was it always that way? This store was completed remodeled so there is plenty of seating space and tables. It is big and bright with plenty of room to move around. The parking lot clearly does not support the size of the store, especially with the drive through traffic in the morning. I do notice that this location is always very busy and seems to be short of help. As long as the team here continues to smile, remain clearly positive in the face of long lines, I will continue to support this location!

This is one of my favorite Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts. It has a drive through so when it's raining you don't have to get out of your car. The service is always good and fast. Everything is always fresh and it's mostly due to the high volume of business.
