They have great food, but the weight is sometimes very long not enough people there to serve their customers

I just had one of those pickle sandwiches. I ordered the number 2 turkey with cheese lettuce mayo. First of all i got the wrong sandwich. Mine had bacon on it lettuce and no mayo. There was literally 3 pieces of turkey on it. So for that and a 20oz bottle of ginger ale it was $21.18. Which is criminal! I know everything in this world has gone up but that was riddiculuos ! Never going back there again!

$18.73 for a chicken cutlet on a roll. It’s good food but way overpriced. Instead of calling it Beyond Bagels & Deli.

Call it “Rip Off Robs & Deli”

I was charged $16 for 4 hard boiled eggs and a medium coffee. Now I understand that times are rough but we’re all in it together and this is just a ridiculous price.

Earlier today I placed a pickup order. The order was done promptly and the staff was helpful and polite, however my order was not what I asked for. I asked for a chicken salad sandwich on toasted rye and I got untoasted whole wheat. I asked for mustard on the sandwich and there was SO MUCH MUSTARD on this sandwich it was almost inedible. I was in a rush so I didn't go in to get the order corrected, just ate what I could. Very frustrating to have such a basic order be like cartoonishly incorrect.

If I were to leave a review about a year ago, I probably would have given 5 stars. This used to be my favorite local go- to spot for a quick bite. Unfortunately, over the past several months, I have noticed a significant decrease in the quality of the food and attentiveness of the service. I think both the kitchen/chefs have seemingly been a little lazy or not as good of late, and the front staff have been also. They used to go the extra mile. The last several times I’ve ordered from here, the food has been messy and lackluster, and they are lazy when it comes to coffee/ iced coffee. Also little things matter. If you’re sending a delivery, include a straw with an iced coffee. Most people don’t keep straws at home. And their wraps are incredibly messy now. I’m losing faith in one of my favorite places and considering giving up on coming here. The owner has been around less lately, and there seems to be new staff. I wonder if these things have something to do with it. But given their prices, the all around experience of this place has not been good enough lately considering the prices

This place is a rip-off

This place has always been expensive but charging an egg surcharge is taking it a step too far.

I usually order from here and they are great but today I ordered a smoothie. Worst decision. It was all ice and watered down with a hint of actually fruit. Would not be ordered a smoothie from here again.

Horrible service I have never ever experienced in United States. Helpless staffs. I told them in advance I will be late 2 mins, but they didn’t even wait for me 2 mins to pickup my order and they closed the store when I arrived even though they saw me locking the door.

This was my first visit, and since I only tried the breakfast, my review might be a bit early to judge fully. I ordered an egg white wrap with sausage and Swiss, along with a plain minis bagel with butter. I have to say, the food was quite good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the bagel—it actually had the authentic taste and texture of a classic bagel, unlike the overly bready versions most places serve these days. The price was reasonable too. I’ve noticed a lot of negative, mostly recent reviews, which makes me concerned this place might be headed downhill or even closing. Good bagels are hard to find lately. If management happens to read these reviews, I’d suggest paying attention to the feedback and making some adjustments.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a ham sandwich and even repeated my order twice to the woman, yet I was given a chicken sandwich instead. On top of that, I later realized I was overcharged for the sandwich $24 for a sandwich is insane. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn’t notice until after I left. Since I was already far away due to work, I didn’t have time to go back and deal with it. Definitely not the experience I expected.
