Went there twice before 9 pm and was denied service twice saying the dining room is closed proceeded to walk thru the drive thru and she shut the door in my face rude employees will never go there again!!!!!

The staff is always friendly and efficient and the building is always clean. Today the staff caught an error in my order and immediately fixed it after confirming it was a mistake. 5 stars to the front staff tonight!

Didn't get my order right. I ordered two sandwiches, two Sundae Pies, and a Spooky Special. I only got two, not three Pies. There should be a total of 3 bc the Spooky Special has a Sundae Pie included ??

Looks new inside and clean as well. Friendly staff and service was quick on a weekend - as we came for an early dinner. Can order online via the app, at the kiosk or at the counter. Decor is nice with BK themed paintings and don't forget the BK crowns for the kids. Ample parking outside.Was here during the summer so $1 frozen Coke or Fanta was an option.Haven't had BK in awhile, so why not!Dined in so ordered the original chicken sandwich - staple order for me. Shared fries and onion rings - gotta share the calories. Beverages - fountain machine.Food was ready really quick. Seating was comfortable. Restrooms were clean.

Still the best tasting fast food burger at a fair price. I also like the Impossible Whopper when I’d like to reduce my meat intake…really tastes pretty similar to the regular Whopper. Recommended.
Roaches in self serve ketchup dispenser, I threw my food out , the manger on duty said after I threw my food in the garbage, that yes there are roaches there but none in the kitchen so why didn’t I eat my food , corporate has still not returned my call or email, never

Was rushed at the drive thru without any cars behind me. When I got to the window, I received my drink and food, saying thank you. No reply from employee. I checked my sandwich and politely explained that I requested the chicken sandwich "plain." He argued with me and let the drive thru window shut while I was speaking. Not only was there poor mannerism, but the server was rude! Poor service followed by burnt chicken nuggets
