They forgot an item in my order I called store and someone told me to go back to the store and pick it up. I was then switched to talk to a female Eloise who said I would have to bring my entire order back to the store so they could verify that an item was indeed missing. I returned and had them refund my entire order. I will never return to that place.

I called to make an order for delivery at 330 pm and they toldMe there delivery driver is not in so to call back at 4:30pm. No problem. I call back and place my order. After waiting over an hour I get a call from the manager at 6pm saying they refuse to deliver to my address even though they have in the past. I was willing to come pick it up and they couldn’t even give me the pie on the house after waiting almost 2 hours. Terrible service not the place I grew up with. Will not be returning.

Local, friendly and convenient location. Food isn't a wow, but definitely good. It's mostly a pizzeria, with a section in the rear for full service. Takeout available. Pasta and other Italian food dishes are good. Salads are limited. Large specialty pizza choices. Garlic knots are delicious when they are hot and fresh. It's consistent. I will keep going back.

There are times when you come to better appreciate a good, reliable local place that cares for their customers, serves good quality and tasty food in very substantial portions from pizza to pasta to their entrée specials, has a dedicated, friendly staff, a very kind and conscientious hands-on owner and offers a great value in today's environment. That's Café Dolce Vita in Jericho.

Had the pleasure of over eating on some pizza from Cafe Dolce Vita in Jericho tonight! Man was it good. Sauce was by far the best I have had recently. Cheese was especially tasty as well. Sausage was sliced like we like it thx. Crust was good but not the best we have had but good. Employees were super nice and inviting. Good stuff!!

We were back in NY for a visit and had to get NY pizza! My husband follows them on X (Twitter). We were in Jericho and stopped by to get a few slices. The pizza was delicious and amazing! Wish there was a way to bring some back to CO with us. We will definitely go back here when we are on the Island!

I'm a student at Jericho and I frequent this place whenever I go to the public library to study, which is often. Very kind workers who are easy to communicate with, and very good pizza. Speeds are also fast, I've received all my orders within 5-10 minutes. The vibes at the restaurant make it feel like a very welcoming place.
