They have false advertisement. I purchased the 50 munchkin and they still charge me 3 dollars for the bucket. The promotion poster didn’t mention anything about being charge extra for the bucket

If I can give - 10 stars I will ! Cuz the service is worst ever and I feel so disrespected !! One lady shout at me about the order and the other guy talk their language and they all look at me and laughed !! I ask for black and they mistake put little milk in there and don’t even change it !! I felt so insulted with all the people inside !! Will never go back !!

Tell me why I went in there to pick up my bean taco. Mind you the lady in there said on the phone, “ready for pick up in 10 minutes”… I go in there and my taco has pork in it. I’m a vegetarian when I told her to remake my taco she refused and started yelling at me causing a scene in front of customers. One star

Clean with lots of parking in the lot. They are always friendly especially to kids; sometimes even offering them a munchkin each. They have prepacked ice cream in the fridges as well but there are no other ice cream in this location - just dunkin. Their donuts are fresh as well; the lattes are good; haven’t tried the other items as of yet. They also have promos that are isolated for this location based on the owner.

Woman who "helped" was less friendly than cardboard. Probably in her fifties, about 5'5" ish? She looked away when she mumbled, very vidibly seemed annoyed to have customers and got my order wrong. We are talking 1pm on a Saturday Made me want to leave. Other woman more petite who warmed my food was very nice but someone needs to coach the cashier on faking courtesy.

Food is ok, service is fine. I gave one star because one day I ordered and waited for 10 minutes when everyone after me got their order. I still patiently waited until barista asked me if I was waiting anything, apparently they forgot about my order. This is not the part where I was upset, I waited for another 3 minutes while they made the drink. They called “large iced cappuccino” and I didn’t hear it at first because I was texting to my husband telling him I was running late. The barista said to me in a very firm voice “keep you phone on the side please”. If they can make the coffee in 3 minutes of course I can keep my phone on the side, what am I supposed to do in those 10 minutes when they forgot about my order? Staring at his beautiful face?
Cynthia was absolutely such a delight !! So friendly and made a very hard time (waiting for triple AAA for an hour). So much calmer and less stressful for me :). She is very respectful & professional! One of the best workers hands down !

This Dunkin is located next to the Korean supermarket Hmart, just want to say, everytime I visit Hmart, I grab a coffee and a few donuts here, so I need to give them a shoutout!
Clean, nice people, enough seating, they close a bit early so I usually go there first before I shop and om always greeted with smiles.
