All it takes is one person with an attitude to lose a customer. I’m at the drive thru this morning and as I go to confirm my order because I didn’t hear the young lady; I got a response with an attitude back. The way someone responds can change a person’s whole morning therefore, I encourage management to select the right individuals during peak times. Will not go back because of that one thing. Do better.

Done with this place. What's the point of making a mobile order if 15 minutes after ordering you're still waiting, as you watch people who order at the counter get their order before yours? Also I just got a latte without the flavor swirl, even though it says what I wanted on the mobile order sticker. No sugar at all. This place is the worst.

I went in to grab a quick dozen for the house abd girl behind the counter was snotty and gave an attitude when I asked for specific Donuts. Honestly it didn't even matter what I picked out as they were all stale tasting anyway. I won't be returning to that location ever again - way too many other options to spend my money.

There used to be an Indian manager there who used to run a tight ship and the quality used to great. Now present day it’s run by kids. This location is very hit or miss 50/50. My iced coffee yesterday tasted like someone dumped it into an old boot at first. The owner should take some responsibility and show up and train the staff till they learn better quality control instead of sitting at home getting rich.

It is a party in the store with the workers cursing and not even paying attention to what they were doing. Ordered 3 coffees took 7 minutes and all while they are hanging out and talking to each other. Guy handed me a coffee and I asked where the others were he looked and said oh!WORST SERVICE EVER AND COFFEE WAS BURNT
