Fanatico Italian Bistro & Bar

Visiting Long Island and we found this spot after a family member recommended. We were blown away by the quality of the food and service. Portions are heaping and the food is all prepared to perfection. Really enjoyed our night here.

Delicious food with super friendly service. I've been a few times over the past years, but my friends come all the time. Meatballs are super yummy, the chopped salad was really good- even my son ate it and he doesn't like many salads, the penne with veggies is light and super good, mozzarella sticks were flavourful as was the accompanying sauce. I also enjoyed the white sangria and cranberry juice.

Vegetarian options: I can't speak on all veggie options, but there was this penne dish that had lots of vegetables, broccoli, spinach, sliced garlic. It was light and oh so good! Also, the chopped salad was pretty good. That pasta though, AMAZING!

Went for pick up. Food was great however service was terrible.
Put an order under name Raj. Waiting on food and guy calls for Greg, so I don’t get up. Dude then yells at me and tells me chop chop. I asked if it’s the right order cause it’s not the right name, guy looked offended I even asked, repeated my order and told me to chop chop and pay

What a pleasant surprise! We were meeting friends before a show and they recommended Fanatico in Westbury. We passed it right up never expecting to find a great restaurant in a strip mall. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed, and if you’re looking for a real deal get there before 6pm for the prix fixe!

We went for our anniversary dinner after seeing the good reviews, but the food was really terrible. Not one of the dishes we ordered was good. The cheese ravioli tasted like frozen ravioli boiled and served in a store bought pasta sauce. Maybe the meat dishes are good, everything we ordered was vegetarian. Our server was very nice.

My most amazing hair dresser Marijo, kimera salon tells me Fanáticos has the best food!! Myself and Stephen weee planning our Karate Dinner (Black Belt Dinner)! When I told him about Fanáticos he said awesome!! On May 4 2024 6pm we had our dinner!I planned the whole dinner with Eric whom I must tell you is amazing!! Our waiter was excellent! This is a review just on their pizza, as the other food we've had (salads and pasta) was good. The pizza is terrible. We ordered a pie to eat in the restaurant and it was thin, floppy, and greasy with a layer of oil on top that seemed to seep out more and more as the pie cooled off. There was absolutely no taste to their sauce either, and not much of it either, but considering how super thin the pizza was there was no way to even put more of it on without making it even more of a soggy mess. So disappointing!

I loved my organic Ruby Red Beet, Walnut, and Goat Cheese salad. The pepperoni slice and bread that came with the salad were perfect! (I probably wouldn’t have ordered a slice of pizza if I had known the salad came with the bread but happy I got both anyways)
