We went to the restaurant and it was closed!! Many people were showing up as they had reservations and they were as surprised as we were. We are very disappointed that our reservation was confirmed but the restaurant was no longer opened.

The food was delicious… and there was an extremely friendly gentleman going around from table to table… asking the diners how everything was. It was December 30th, my daughter’s birthday and this man came back a gave a private rendition of Happy Birthday to my daughter… he can really carry a tune.I later learned that this friendly guy was named Elliot and he was the owner.I was so thrilled with my evening at Frank’s I forgot to use my $25.00 coupon. All in all, my daughter, wife and I loved the skirt steak and had a great birthday celebration.Thank you Elliot and your staff.

This is a great neighborhood steakhouse. If you are in the mood for a delicious steak and don't feel like traveling to Manhattan then this is the place. Food is always delicious and they always cook the steak to your liking. The portions are also very generous.Reservations are usually easy to make during the week. The service is always top notch. Everyone is kind who works there. They have a pretty large menu with many different options. You don't have to get just steak. Also plenty of different sides. The potato wedges are a family favorite.Dietary restrictions: After taking our drink order our waiter asked if anyone at the table had any dietary concerns and / or allergiesKid-friendliness: Franks is so absolutely kid friendly. Kids will receive crayons and can draw on the paper tablecloths.Wheelchair accessibility: Franks is wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking in the lot and there will be no issue getting a wheelchair inside. I have done if for family myself without any difficulties

It has been quite a while since I dined at Frank's and I'm so glad I went back!! The meal and service were fantastic! An added bonus was the live music. One of the owners even sang my son “Happy Birthday”! My family and I can't wait to return.

Excellent from the moment we walked in. Service was impeccable & the food was off the charts. We had baked clams , rib eye steak , filet mignon, mashed potatoes & creamed spinach. Everything was cooked to perfection & delicious. The staff was amazing as usual. I highly recommend Frank's !

The staff are more like family members serving you than employees. Very accommodating and very kind. Tonight a family with some needs were welcomed and treated with the utmost of respect. Great job!!

Crabcake appetizers were good. Porterhouse steak came out, ice cold, waitress, forgot our potatoes, and then told us that they were sold out. Tables were packed in very tightly. Waitress acted like she didn't want to be there, not smiling, and not too friendly. Porterhouse steak had absolutely no flavor.

My family loves the food here. My dad always raves about the skirt steak and the mashed potatoes! They also have drawings made by their customers hanging on the walls which are fun to look at!

Went here for birthday due to the RVC location being completely booked. It was quiet and the service was good—one of the owners passed by to check and see how we enjoyed our experience. The strip steak was good and the cowgirl steak was seasoned to perfection. The place does not look like much from the outside situated in a strip mall, but it is definitely a good steakhouse on Long Island. The prices are really good as well. The side options are a bit starch heavy but that just gave me more of a reason to only eat my steak and not fill up on the sides.

Above average steakhouse but definitely not premium as advertised in their menu. Food, drinks and service was good I would not say great, but definitely a wise alt if not looking to spend $$$ and same time not chain restaurants quality steak.

I have never written a negative review for anything - but I think I have to after having eaten here tonight. We hadn't been to Frank's in over 10 years - and, before tonight, we remember it being of good quality. We wanted some good steaks tonight, so we went there.Well - our experience was not really good at all. First, no one was available when we walked in to seat us. The bartender saw that we walked in and ignored us. There were only one or two other tables seated (it was only around 4pm when we got in there). One of us tried to find someone to seat us, and we did - and then we were promptly seated in a completely empty section (which was fine). The waiter, who seemed most preoccupied in being attentive to the table of women who were there without men, really ignored us most of the time, other than the requisite initial drink and food orders. We had to flag him down two times by getting two other people to help us find him (for another drink one time, and to get the check the 2nd time). He never came over to ask how the food was after it came out (and mine was undercooked, but I learned years ago from people I know who work in restaurants that you NEVER return your food in even fancy places! Some members of the staff in a lot of places have a field day with your food when you do!).When we asked for the check, he never even asked if we wanted dessert (and we did!). He was way too preoccupied with the few female patrons at their tables (I believe there were 2 other seated tables). The food - the garlic steak - had little to no garlic taste. Same thing with the garlic spinach. Surprising, when they bill that the garlic is a big part of the meal. The food wasn't bad - it just was - uh - and certainly not of the quality that warrants a $225.00 check for two people.Usually, we have a good experience at any restaurant we go to. We felt it was important to note this. It might just have been an off time - and the waiter would probably have more success on dating apps than trying to flirt with the women in the place who aren't with men.

The skirt steak was amazing. Best I've ever had. Service was slow but it was a busy night. Definitely go there and try the skirt steak.
