Omg there were two people working with 2 customers in line and it took a whopping 15 minutes to get my order. Worse, I’m the one who ordered first, then ended up got mine last. The other customer had 4 drinks and I only had 3 and they got theirs first!! Ridiculous! They never said, sorry for the delay or we are working on it. That’s some of the slowest service I’ve ever experienced in regards to getting bubble tea. It was also very hot in there, very disappointed.

It was my first time visiting the Gong Cha, Jericho. I used the app to place an order but there was a bit delay sending the order to the store.
I ordered the egg waffle and it was 5/5. Taro milk tea with coconut jelly was good as well.
My only complaint is cleanness of the gloves that they use to bake the egg waffles. I hope they change the gloves frequently and place them in clean area/space when its in use.

so yeah this place is pretty good, i man everyone has had gong cha and the people working were super cool, only issue is they didn’t have everything i wanted to i had to compromise on choosing some stuff, partially my fault for coming in before close. come here for simple drinks that come out fast and the waffles are fire.

I was visiting Hicksvlile and saw this location of Gong Cha. It looks nice and open inside with some seating space. I ordered the mango tea with mango popping boba. It was very good and refreshing!

Tried the caramel milk tea and brown sugar milk tea. Both were really good. Definitely give it a try . Has a cute sitting space to enjoy your tea over some chat sessions.

I came to this location around 2 days ago. They ran out of pudding and grass jelly and were running out of tapioca pearls as well. The line was quite long and it took a while before I was served.
The system caused overcharging of three milk teas. But the shop is unwilling to issue the refund.

ordered the brown sugar milk tea (reg sugar) and it was very diluted with no taste of brown sugar whatsoever. we also got the season peach milk tea with coconut jelly (less have) and it tasted like water. we waited nearly 10 minutes to even order (only 2 employees working at a leisurely pace). the plainview gong cha location makes much better drinks (we’ve ordered the same drinks from that location before)

Service is still incredibly slow months later, 45min for 1 milk tea. They were out of tea and toppings. Staff was nice but they were mostly meandering in the back not knowing how to make the drinks. Seems to be a consistent theme with this location.
