Compared to other locations all the drinks are diluted. No matter if you ask for light ice, regular ice it doesn't matter. Been here multiple times and same issue.

Omg there were two people working with 2 customers in line and it took a whopping 15 minutes to get my order. Worse, I’m the one who ordered first, then ended up got mine last. The other customer had 4 drinks and I only had 3 and they got theirs first!! Ridiculous! They never said, sorry for the delay or we are working on it. That’s some of the slowest service I’ve ever experienced in regards to getting bubble tea. It was also very hot in there, very disappointed.

It was my first time visiting the Gong Cha, Jericho. I used the app to place an order but there was a bit delay sending the order to the store.
I ordered the egg waffle and it was 5/5. Taro milk tea with coconut jelly was good as well.
My only complaint is cleanness of the gloves that they use to bake the egg waffles. I hope they change the gloves frequently and place them in clean area/space when its in use.
