I had a birthday party for my 13 year old in their private space about a week and a half ago. The staff was A+. Service of beverages was incredible and the trays of food were replenished as needed. Everyone at the party raved about the food. An awesome place to have a gathering with no stress. I was able to come in a little earlier to do a LITTLE decorating. I will say the space is absolutely beautiful. Love the floral wall. It was awesome to enjoy a party that I threw. No stress. I was responsible for bringing dessert, CAKE. We will definitely be having another event in the future. Very satisfied with both service and food. A special thank you Michelle for helping me with all details.
I usually get my food for take out from GUAC shop. What I love about GUAC shop is the fresh taste of food and the sauces. Cilantro aioli and the mango salsa are my favoritesVegetarian options: The mango salsa and sauces are excellent
Do not let the name and outside appearance fool you! This Food is incredible and great quality for the price! Puts Chipotle to shame, I will never eat at Chipotle after eating here.
Excellent quality and amazing prices for takeout Mexican. We got the bogo quesadillas and are so pleased. Delicious flavors and side sauce options. Definitely not skimpy. Steak in every bite, came in a box, got to pick three sauces. This is what everything in this world should be like. Clean place , great food.

Ordered through chowdown and Paid for 2 scoops of chicken and 6 shrimps today and I am a thousand % sure it only had one scoop. Also when I walked in for pickup the short stubby guy working had no customer service training at all. I walk in and he acknowledged me saying "what" like I was there asking for free food. I need change a few things and I am sure the reviews will improve....until then I'll think twice about going back.Just had food from here again today 12.1.23 which I ordered online and it was ridiculous what I got for $16...chicken and extra shrimp.. There was hardly any chicken in it. I won't be ordering online again. If I do ever go in store and order from here again, it better be more chicken or else I won't pay and walk out

We walk in around 8pm on a Friday. Guy behind counter kind of ignores us. I tell him is our 1st time. We order 2 bowls. He hardly puts any food. We got home. The food sucks. This is not even close to Mexican. The Keto Bowl was so hot and spicy we end up trashing it and ordering pizza. Go to Chipotle they serve you better there and it taste way better than Guac Shop Mexican Grill

I am giving it two stars because as much as I appreciate the staff and it's a nice establishment. The quantity of food for the price is just not ok. Anywhere else I go to, chipotle, QDoba or Moe's, I get a good size of food relative to what I am paying. Here, I have to order sometimes triple meat because the portion are SOO small! Also, when I go and order at other places, I get one scoop because one scoop is enough for meat or chicken, but here, it's crazy how little they place and they charge you so much. The only reason I sometimes still go here is because there isn't much around. Their food is good, just the portions are abismal.

No salsa or like kind sauce for either the bowl or the quesadillas, hardly any cheese inside the quesadilla. No real surprise that at dinner time I was the only one in the place. The bowl was 19.51, wasn't worth 9.51. Sorry to say, we won't be back, too many other places making fresh hot proper Mexican food.

Great food, the only negative is if you order something that comes in a container and you’re not eating it right away, the container soaks up moisture and starts to dissolve, making a hole and making a mess.
