This place is located in HMart. There are Many dishes to select. Portion size was big but expensive. Spicy sea food with crab was below average. Too spicy and you can’t taste anything more than the spice.Spicy pork and squid was amazing, loved that sauce. Fried dumplings was good and fresh.Cashier was not friendly and he was treating us like thieves who came there to grab his food. We had some left overs and asked two disposable food storage containers, they charged extra for that.

Ordered #21 and other dish for a total of $47. The picture on the menu and TV clearly shows egg to go with it. But mine got none. Talked to the lady, she said no egg without apology. And I asked to change the picture then. No response. Come on. Price is not cheap, and you need to serve yourselves tho. Not recommended.

This is one of the best places to eat on Long Island for Korean food. Big portions and great price ?

this makes me sad to leave this review because i love korean food and it’s the only place nearby i can get some. the food quality is alright at best, but nothing great or extraordinary. the wait time is always longer than need be. the tteokboki is more spice than flavor. don’t get me started however on the prices. jajangmyun does NOT need to cost that much, i didn’t even bother trying it. i’ve never seen it cost that much, ever and i’ve tried korean food across the nation. food is usually saltier than need be and sometimes food doesn’t taste completely fresh. sucks this is the only option for korean food in the immediate area, which is a by i have three stars instead of two. i hope it can get better because it has a lot more potential.

Even if the price is expensive, if the taste and quality are okay, I want to keep using this food court. But the price is too expensive compared to the quality of the food. The basic side dishes are too low quality.I just don’t have to go anymore...

I had bulgogi for lunch today, but it was so salty that I couldn't eat it. It was so salty that I couldn't eat it all. I couldn't find a way to do it. Sometimes I don't post comments, but today I feel like I have to do it so I'm posting it. I feel sad because I drank so much water that my stomach is full. Salty kimchi with salty bulgogi ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

This is about a half and half chicken from Toreore. When I tried fried chicken here a year ago, it was one of the best Korean styled ones in New York. It reminded me of the taste of the original one in South Korea. I don’t know what has happened for a year, now here has the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken was burnt, dry(might be pretty overcooked) and had bad smell. It was just a bad food to swallow and I even worried about food poisoning. I ended up throwing away most of my $23 dinner. If you like a Korean fried chicken or any fried chicken, please stay away from this place. Any other place would be much better than here.

Absolute CROOKS! I have gone here many times over the years but after tonight I will not return. I ordered the fried chicken, all white meat no bones. AGAIN, I have ordered this many times for years! They say 20 minutes, ok, fine. 35 minutes later I notice that orders after mine are all ready. So I ask the person for my order. He walks into back, without explanation comes back immediately and hands me a bag. BUT IT IS NOT MY ORDER. It is wings, thighs and drumsticks on the bone. I tell him it is not my order and he says that they don't do "only the breast" (it is right on the menu above his head) and they don't do no bones (AGAIN, on the menu above his head). At this point I am angry and tell him I have ordered and received this many times. He denies it, while standing under the menu with these options. So I say give me a refund and he initially refuses. I point to the menu, I pulled out the drumsticks, I told him I will continue to stand in front of the register until he gives me a refund. When he can no longer take new orders, SUDDENLY he remembers how to do a refund. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. You lost a long time customer because you are lazy and crooked. If the owner is reading this, we will be putting this in KOREAN PRESS as well, my wife is Korean.

I ordered white meat (breast) with no bones. It is right on their menu. They told me 20 minutes but after 35 I asked them why orders after me were ready but not mine. So the guy suddenly without explanation hands me a box. But it is wings, thighs and drumsticks and on the bone. NOT MY ORDER. He tells me they don't do only white meat (IT IS ON MENU ABOVE HIS HEAD) and do not do without bones (AGAIN ON MENU ABOVE HIS HEAD). I said if you are not giving me what I ordered, give me a refund, and he refused saying he doesn't know how to do that. I stopped him from taking new orders, so SUDDENLY he "remembers" how to do a refund. CROOKS. The laziest and most inept staff I have ever seen.

I order pick up from here often and the food is usually “ok”. Used to be better but as time went by quality has been going down. I know Korean food very well. Maybe they lack in quality as the closest Korean restaurants are 30 minutes away in Flushing.Today food was especially Bad!1. Daengjang soup was extremely salty.2. The jeyuk pork meat was especially dark and dry.3. The rice that came was very dry and the taste was off. Its like they prepackaged the rice a few days ago and left in warmer or whoever cooked the rice messed up bad. We had to throw away the rice and making rice ourselves.4. The side salad was not edible. Old.5. Kimbop used the same rice - old.Just called to tell the restaurant and all the person said was sorry. No mention of “please bring back and we exchange it” or mention of refund or credit. Not that we asked but restaurants that are operating properly will offer a remedy. This is what lack of competition does to a place. What a shame.

I ordered for takeout 8 pcs fried wings and 8 pcs wings with spicy sauce. It wasn't freshly fried, they just fried one more time which was already fried before. I won't buy fried chicken again there. I'd rather go KFC for fried chicken. Too much bread on wings and too dried meat. You'll regret, if you go there for fried chicken.

Be careful that this restaurant will over charge. When I went in May, cashier placed the wrong order, When I found out and told them, they were reluctant to give me a refund and said they would give the store credit to me. Later, their manager said to return my credit card. but their attitude is very unfriendly. I explained that is cashier made the wrong order, not that I ordered it and wanted to change it. After a month, However, a strange thing happened. When I received the credit card bill, I saw that I had been collected many times on the same day, and the amount was greater than my consumption. Although there is a refund, but they charged me two extra expenses. Therefore, everyone should carefully check the credit card bill, so as not to be charged fees that should not be collected, or use cash directly
