I have to express my displeasure tonight with this location. Went there sat in line, just to be told they don't have chicken. It would have been nice, if they put up a sign indicating, "We are out of Chicken!"
My family and I were so excited to order the original recipe family combo, but only for the staff to tell us that they ran out. They’re open until 1 am. We figured that the staff would rather lose a customers than prepare a batch of the original recipe. It’s like going to a McDonald’s ordering a Big Mac and telling us that they ran out. Completely unacceptable and plain laziness. I worked in the fast food industry before and we never ran out of any dishes. What an embarrassment...read full review
