Worst KFC ever!! First, the drive thru rep was talking like a demon trying to be funny on the intercom. It wasn’t Halloween. She was acting foolish. When I told her I placed an order, she said they were completely sold out of all regular chicken! The manager wouldn’t even help me find a way to cancel my order. What a waste of time! Terrible management! Disrespectful staff!!!! Don’t go here! Very mad! I have no food and lost my money because they were out of regular chicken. They wouldn’t even cancel the order for me. Stole my money! Unacceptable with two hours to go to closing! On top of it, they refused to come to the window to help me find a solution. I beeped and finally knocked on the window. Manager was a total disaster! I’ve seen him before…always rude and obnoxious! Worst place!

The guy in the drive-through is unbelievably Rude, poor service, drive-through order completely wrong. The order literally couldn’t have been more wrong. Not a single item was correct. I’m almost impressed.

It's hilarious how every bad review says THE MANAGER was horrible. I have come to this store multiple times, always to be told they have no bone-in-chicken and we need to wait 30 minutes for it. This time I spoke to THE MANAGER about it who's name was Milton, and he basically said he couldn't care less, they give all the bone-in-chicken to the delivery customers and we could just go somewhere else if we didn't like it. We drove to the KFC in Greenvale and 10 minutes later had our bone-in-chicken. This place is literally trash and we will never return there again. Considering all the abysmal reviews about THE MANAGER here, I am surprised the KFC company, who apparently couldn't care less, has allowed him to remain there. Likely he's a Franchisee/Part-Owner, and can't be fired.

In the current world of Covid and other respiratory ailments, employees should not report to work with a cough while serving food. This man was observed coughing while not covering his mouth. Employees also need to be instructed on basic infection prevention. This was witnessed at the Westbury place on Jericho Turnpike.
