Chicken pot pie is my favorite. The crust is crispy, and the pot pie ingredients is fresh. French fries and sweet tea was ordered as sides. Drive thru service was quick and easy. Good customer service!

This KFC Used to be one of my favorite KFC in New York, but unfortunately, the employee currently have changed things the other way around very unprofessional and mean and ignorant, and the food made me sick for the entire two days after ordering crispy, spicy wings and wedges. I was trying to be nice to the worker by saying why are you so ignorant the work, I said like yourself be I was like wow I was kind of hesitating if I should’ve eat the food or not, but I end up eating at me and my daughter and I end up sick for two days which I find out weird and strange. Now I’ve got a thing twice and how people handle my food and where I go I am still not myself 100% since I ate that food but way better. I would not recommend unless the employees are changed for the better.

The staff here is a mess they constantly tell drive thru customers to come in and never have mobile orders ready on time. They walked around looking for my order for 3 minutes then told me they don’t have it… turns out it was the one they were working on.

Im sorry but the very few times I have had KFC my chicken has been very oily, and I know it might not make sense to some people because it is fried chicken! but there are ways of making fried chicken that can come out nice tender and juicy without the oily after taste.

Came here to pick up an order.. never got the order. This places closes at 12 AM. 10:30 inside. Okay cool. No one was inside when I came at 10:49. What the hell?! Two cars parked. I know it’s workers inside… the lights still on and the front doors still locked. Anyways I’m waiting. I honked. Ended up leaving… the reviews alone show how terrible this establishment is. I even called no pick up. What are your workers doing? Hiding in the back? Trying to get free money on the clock. Shit is really lame. I wish I could do zero throughout cause it’s really nothing to rate. It’s always something with this place. I took video and picture of everything. Lights even turned off in the pay area cause that’s how inactive it was .. or workers turned off the lights 🤷🏽♀️ you ppl make it hard to feel bad for workers in the fast food industry but at least we know where not to go.

No one likes after a hard day at work to have to deal with horrible customer service The Jamaican lady may need her job but come on man ( those were her exact words to me ) Had my teenager in the car ask me - did she really talk to you like that Then when I approached the window she looks like she really doesn’t care if I order or not - I told her I don’t want it - went to Hempstead kfc and that was so much better

I would give 0 stars if I could. The order is always wrong. I ordered though uber eats today. I asked for a lemonade and they gave me a coke. They don’t look at the orders the way they’re supposed to because they know it’s a delivery. Absolutely disgusting the way they’re supposed to handle themselves at this store.
They didn't even try to get any order right to begin with because I received: - 3 piece (2 breast & 1 wing) + 2 mashed potatos - 3 piece NO sauced original (2 thigh & 1 drumstick) + cole slaw
And I spent $40 on this. Ridiculous.

- 3 piece mike's spicy combo (2 drums & 1 thigh) + 1 side (cole slaw)
