I went there this past Saturday 12/23/2023 around 5:00 pm and ordered through the drive through. The person taking the order at the window, who I think is the manager, has a horrible attitude. This is not good coming from someone who is suppose to be in charge. This was not the first time I dealt with him and he was nasty, for no reason. I will be reaching out to the general manager. And the speed of service is terrible.Parking: The parking lot is good.

We went here to order takeout for the fifth time in a row during their night shift, and once again, they forgot to put some of the sides in with my order. If it's not missing gravy for mashed potatoes, it is missing coleslaw or missing mack and cheese. When you see them put in the stuff for the order, you see that they are just rushing and not really focused on putting the orders incorrectly.
The best fried chicken chain! You can never go wrong with KFC! Awesome tasting chicken. Large pieces! The best coleslaw…period! And, fantastic mashed potatoes and gravy! Just GREAT food! I pay extra for all white-meat breasts and worth every penny! The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!Parking: Drive through, take out and sit down. Plenty of onsite parking.

It was 9:35 and the lobby sign says it closes at 10. The guy inside did not let us come in to order when there’s still 25 minutes left. How disrespectful not being able to order food when their sign clearly says lobby closes at 10.

KFC has been around forever and I am not sure how you can come here and not give four stars. I mean... Isn't it the same every time? This is a large shop with plenty of seating. It's bright and clean and the staff is always courteous. It is a very easy in and out off of Jericho Tpke and plenty of parking. This shop is fairly close to my house, diagonally across from Home Depot, next to CitiBank. Location is great.I usually get the fingers and some fries to make it easy. Ordering is quick and there is someone putting together you meal just as quickly. The tenders are a good size and they were cooked well. Warm and crispy, just how it should be. Looking at the signage on the walls I learned that the Colonel ran for Senate and came close to winning. Learn something new every day.KUDOS to the team at KFC...
Drive thru order, difficult to understand the guy taking the order. Had to ask for sauces otherwise I wouldn't have gotten any. Sandwich was on point, nuggets small and soggy. Fries went both ways.Parking: Bunch of spots available.

Can you find younger people that are respectful that actually want to be there and perform customer service everything so damn expensive I don’t need a plate of verbal abuse with my food please and thank you would be a miracle
