My personal experience - food is quality, soup is especially good. Loving the french onion. Prices are average for long island, and you don't have to go very far. Staff is nice.

Horrible customer service If you go there everyday, you will be treated like a king but if you go there once a week, you will be treated like an animal. The lady in charge is very rude! She since I went there once a week, she would not give my order to the cook and then I ended up waiting 40 mins for my food. Since not every customer is appreciated, I refuse to go to this place.
