I was very happy with this location for a long time. They actually stir the coffee that they prepare for you. Unfortunately they have been on decline. Some of the top customer service and speed of service employees are no longer there and soon you try to coach, the new employees the way you would like to have the service, but the employees keep changing like the weather. Today was simply unacceptable. 10 minutes, waiting for no apparent reason longer than usual with no explanation. You cannot have a high standard and then suddenly drop it, like it never existed. Additional 10 minutes on top of the five minutes of normal speed of service made me late for work. I would likely have to find a new breakfast spot. Or perhaps I will brown bag my breakfast probably time to start eating, healthier than fast food. Very disappointed. I loved my guilty pleasure of McDonald’s in the morning and being able to get in and out quickly at the takeout. I will miss my McDonald’s visits, but I can’t be late for work and it’s unreasonable to have to spend 15 minutes on the drive-through, especially when there is not a long line.

Rude manager who doesn’t speak English and thinks she knows it all. I’ve never had a problem with this place but because of Eloy or whatever her name is my food was stolen. Also she had to talk so much smack behind the counter.

I have visited this establishment several times this month and I am consistently impressed with the efficiency of the service. I always receive my food within 5 minutes of ordering, which is remarkable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the efficiency with which this establishment operates.

Another restaurant chain completely destroyed by inflation I used to think that the sausage egg and cheese mc griddle for 4:50 was a lot now it's 7 dollars for a little frozen sandwich ?. This place used to rule back in the early 2010's. Well the McDonald's food hasn't changed much if you ask me the soggy fries, the plasticy feeling of the "meat" it's all still there which is good to see after al these years that sons things haven't changed.
