We were 3 couples and we all ordered apertisers, dumplings, soup, spicy pork belly and egg roll. Then we all ordered an entree. Unfortunately every one received theirs but I didn't. After a few minutes I asked the waiter where my entree was he checked and admitted that he forgot to put my order in. I told him to forget about my order because we had plenty left over from the others, it was a lot of food and I still will go back because the food was outstanding. The various flavors of the different dishes were the best I've had at a Chinese restaurant.

A hidden gem 💎 at the far end of a shopping center in Jericho. This part of the shopping center is not as busy so there is much less traffic. This place is Flushing quality. They do Dim Sum 🥟 well. Most of the patrons are Asian which is a great sign. Reasonably priced. Card payments are accepted. Always busy on Sunday. Give it a try if you can’t make it to Queens. We will definitely be going back.

The food was bland no taste. I ordered Singapore fried noodle and all I can taste was spicy, they put in 2lb of curry powder in it and nothing else. They shrimp is like mash potato. The mein fun isn't a full long pieces. Became all broken up. The chicken chow fun was horrible. No taste, the onion was burned. The fun was so stuck together. I also ordered some steam rice noodle and also very weird. Sorry but will not order from this place again. Everything taste weird or no taste at all. The soy sauce they provide for the rice noodle also tasted sour and weird.

Incredibly rude staff who canceled my online order because they told me I didnt tip enough.

I placed an order online for delivery for one shrimp wonton soup. Within a few minutes, I received a call from Orient Odyssey and a lady asked me if I had placed the order, and when I confirmed, she told me my tip was not enough and that the driver won’t deliever my food becuase the tip is too little. She then told me to cancel the order since the driver won’t deliver it. She said it exactly that way, basically word for word. I was shocked and confused and I assumed at first that it a was a driver that worked for the app, so I just explained to the app support what happened, and I received a refund. Obviously I was a little confused and put off that the driver would do that, but I placed another order at the same restaurant for one porkchop dish. This time, I included a greater tip just in case something may happen again (this has never happened to me before). Again, I received a call from Orient Odyssey and the same woman asked if I had placed the order and then told me that my tip was not enough and even asked that upon the driver’s arrival if i could tip an extra dollar or two, or else they would refuse to deliver it because it isn’t enough. I was at a loss for words on the call and that was when I realized that the delivery drivers were their personal ones, and they were cancelling my orders because they deemed my tip insufficient.

I will admit, my tip wasnt bountiful, but a TIP IS A TIP. I’m a full time student and I do not have a job. I am across the country right now, so I could not have picked up food for my friend and delivery is the only option for me. It was evident on the call from my voice that I am not some grown adult who would have a nice paying job and money. Even the app customer support wrote that it is not appropriate for restaurants to do this. Shame on the driver and shame on the lady who had the audacity to cancel my order TWICE over a delivery tip. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered Kong Pao Chicken take-out
My son got home - we received Chicken and vegetables. I called - they gave me a number they said text a picture, they claimed didn't receive. They gave me a new number - they said they didn't receive it. My phone said it went through. I called they gave me a 3rd number - the patern was clear.
I went to the store they said that's the way we make Kung Poa - no pepers, no peanuts and zucchini instead. Treatment like this is reprehensible.

We come here often with family for lunch and dinner, and get takeout often as well. The food is consistently delicious every time and tastes authentic. The round tables make it easy to share the dim sum.

Sesame chicken was on point. It was cooked perfectly crispy & not overdone. The woman working at front was so incredibly nice too. Thumbs up!
Oh and I love the pink napkins too

I thought the place was pretty good. The shrimp dumplings were very big and the chicken feet were very flavorful. I also really liked the lotus cake because it was very crispy. This is definitely not a bad spot in Long Island.

The Orient Odyssey was an interesting place. The vibe was weird. Food was ok but was in very big sized portions. I recommend buying most dishes for 3 people. Service was quick for food but the waiters did not always understand our requests. I recommend going only if you need something on the way to Long Island. Not as a fun dinner night.

I understand that business is difficult right now, but don't do things like robbers. Otherwise, we will close the shop. I don't want to give you a star.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I came on a Saturday around 2 PM and I came specifically for the dim sum dishes. Since they were stopping Dim Sum at 3 there was only one cart going around with limited dishes. Luckily you could still order everything from the dim sum menu. Even though the food wasn’t available right away the wait was worth it as the dishes were freshly prepared. I have had dim sum in numerous places and have always found that the few dim sum places in Nassau or Suffolk County were nothing special and the taste was ok. Here the food and taste was as good as restaurants in Flushing or China Town. The tastes were very traditional and everything was prepared perfectly. The staff was bilingual (Mandarin & English) and the menu was in English with Chinese.

Went here on chinese new year for the first time, food was really good, better than some chinatown-Manhattan places these days. This place "hit the spot" if you ever lived in NYC and had access to dim sum.
