Placed a big order to celebrate Chinese new year ( we are their loyal customer). Used to love it although there were several miss. But this time we were pretty disappointed. The meat balls are cold and not fresh. Same as some other dishes looks old. Won’t go there anymore.

Hello There

As a regular customer, I enjoy both takeout & dine-in meals here. The food is consistently authentic & hot, and it's hard to find such good dim sum offered every day & nearby. Perhaps as a result of their popularity, sometimes the wait is a bit longer than elsewhere, so allow more time if ordering takeout (online ordering on website saves time)Dietary restrictions: The steamed food in Weight Watchers section is a good option for family members watching sodium intake, still tasty

Placed an order 1 hour and waited another 45 mins and they did not start prepping yet. The person taking the order should have warned customers about the time. Asked for my money back. Lost me as a customer.

Trainwreck of a restaurant. Delivery took nearly 2 hours (over 1 hour late). Food arrived cold. Wontons tasted bad so I tossed the soup to avoid food poisoning. And, in the rice, there appeared to be an insect in the food so we threw that away too. When I called, the person on the other end was rude. Department of Health - hello?!?!?!?!? Warning: Stay away…can’t wait to see this place close down to save other customers from poor service and illness

My family has been going to this dimsum place for 10+ years but unfortunately we will not be coming back after the terrible service that my dad received. He went to Orient Odyssey to order (because he wasn't sure about the specific names of dishes) but one of the ladies behind the desk was rude and belittling. At first he ordered with a lady running the register (who was very helpful and nice) when a rude lady (also behind the counter) interrupted their conversation by saying "he didn't know what he was even ordering" and other condescending comments such as "你这个都不知道?" (you don't even know this?). This continued and he raised his voice out of frustration and they started to yell at each other. Then, he asked for the owner or manager and she claimed to be the owner then she threatened to call the police. Lastly, when waiting for his order he asked to sit at one of the MANY empty tables while he waited for his order but was rudely refused because "桌子是给客人" (the tables are for guests). Is he not a guest who paid for his order? We will not be coming back because of the rude and unacceptable service and also because the lady told us to never come back. Later, we found out she was not the owner (since the owner is a man). Besides this horrible interaction the food is tasty and very good, every other employee interaction has been kind and perfect. Lastly the experience is very nostalgic and floating dragon adds a nice touch to the location.

Family day out for dinner. Boneless ribs - perfect. Never eaten better. Young son said was his favorite. Sesame chicken crispy with perfectly balanced sweet & sour sauce. Delicious. Seafood pan fried noodles perfectly cooked combination. Worth trying.

Anyone that knows me knows that I am a seafood lover. My all time favorite seafood is lobster. I love lobster steamed and served with butter or stuffed and baked, fried or my latest discovery Lobster Cantonese. I was surprised this afternoon with a lobster, ginger and onions home delivery for lunch from Orient Odyssey. It was absolutely delicious. I happily applaud the restaurant's kitchen chef. Thank YOU!

This place has potential, and I will rereview when I come back. My first impression was okay but not great. The staff and establishment were very nice. The food I got was okay at best. The soup dumplings are small, and the taste wasn't great. It may be because of the cabbage they put them on. The shrimp roll I ordered was just a greasy mess with 1 shrimp in it.The dim sum and the dinner dishes look great. I want to come back with a friend and try a few different ones, then see where my review is from there.Parking: Huge parking lot.
