WORST Starbucks on Long Island! They are by far the slowest store in existence. It doesn't matter if I ordered my coffee 30+ min ahead it's literally never ready. The employees that work here move as slow as humanly possible.

Friendly staff, fast to take food but my only problem is the portion size for their breakfast sandwiches. I find them very small and disappointing. The bacon egg and gorda is very small and the cost is around 6 dollars and it’s just one , which I personally find ridiculous but the flavors are good and the food wasn’t cold. I would give 5 stars if the portion sizes were much bigger.

During morning rush, order 30min ahead. That’s how long it took for a regular coffee all 3 times. Customers that paid on the register got their orders much quicker. Coffee always tastes great so I only come here during off peak hours or if not in a rush.

30 minutes to wait for a mobile order to be processed. Guys behind the counter seem to be in no hurry at all and the store is filthy with trash all over the floor. One of my drink orders was a strawberry crème frappe. They made it and just left it in the blender container without pouring it into a cup until I asked about it. It was not as icy by then and I normally would have asked to make a new one except I’d always been here for 30 minutes and didn’t want to be here another. Overall just terrible staff and time management. My first and last time at this location.
