Friendly staff, fast to take food but my only problem is the portion size for their breakfast sandwiches. I find them very small and disappointing. The bacon egg and gorda is very small and the cost is around 6 dollars and it’s just one , which I personally find ridiculous but the flavors are good and the food wasn’t cold. I would give 5 stars if the portion sizes were much bigger.

During morning rush, order 30min ahead. That’s how long it took for a regular coffee all 3 times. Customers that paid on the register got their orders much quicker. Coffee always tastes great so I only come here during off peak hours or if not in a rush.

30 minutes to wait for a mobile order to be processed. Guys behind the counter seem to be in no hurry at all and the store is filthy with trash all over the floor. One of my drink orders was a strawberry crème frappe. They made it and just left it in the blender container without pouring it into a cup until I asked about it. It was not as icy by then and I normally would have asked to make a new one except I’d always been here for 30 minutes and didn’t want to be here another. Overall just terrible staff and time management. My first and last time at this location.

Went to this location on September 7th and can’t stop talking about the wonderful employees. Sophia is super friendly taking my order. Adam and Eliot makes the best drinks.My drink is a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso and the 2 previous orders from different locations has been disgusting. But Adam made my drink so delicious that I had to stop myself from drinking the entire thing while waiting for my husband’s drink. Only made it to 3 exits in the LIE before I finished it and wanted to turn around and get another one. I told them that I wish I could take them with me and have them work at the Starbucks by me.

Drink is good, but the waiters seem like indifferent to serve me. I called many times on the reception before someone who looked like a Mexican came to the front desk slowly. Seems like impatiently. I don’t know if I’m being paranoid or because they’re being lazy. But the last time I came to the store to order, the waiters were very enthusiastic and at least showed some basic respect for the customers. I think this store has been changed a group of waiters. I think Starbucks company should fire the current workers or give them warn. I don’t want to see any waiters put their emotions into their work anymore. I need to see the results, otherwise I can only make a complaint phone call.

I drove here with a list of items for multiple people but could fulfill only one. A hot cup of coffee. I drove less then 2 miles south to complete the original order. In case the pictures that Google has associated with the particular Starbucks I'm referring to are wrong, which has happened before I'll clarify;The Starbucks I visited originally is on N. Broadway in Jericho. While drinking coffee at a table I used the app to order the rest of the items then drove south to another Starbucks on N Broadway in the parking lot of the Broadway Mall and completed the order.
Loves this place love my 3 barista Gigi, Sofia n Adam very sweet, kind and very happy guys they always please you for anything they handle your food and very perfect drink no matter if they're talking they're doing their job at the same time i love to see other people happy I'm very glad they have a new manager absolutely she's doing very great job you can see it in their face love my three babies

Cashier at this particular location (Jericho) was just awful and unwilling to fulfill my order as requested nor was she willing to adjust the problem. I never had an ordered issue ever at any Starbucks I ever previously visited. Regular coffee with half & half is not that difficult!I was sorry I gave a tipped.Thankfully, one of the young men who had just started was kind enough to slightly add more half & half! I will never visit this location ever!It takes just one individual to destroy a lifetime of loyalty! I was there two Saturdays ago and still needed to write this review!

I like this cozy little place. The chai latte is always good. Today, I got a chocolate croissant and was impressed. People carry on conversations here and the staff is fast on their feet. Very good store especially with the holiday season going on. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.
