My girlfriend and I tried this place last Saturday and unfortunately we left disappointed. The short ribs were very bland and dry. I couldn’t even get thru half of the sandwich. The homemade cheese sticks looked great but again without the sauce it provided zero flavor on its own. While they have a nice selection of beer it would have been nice to have a savory meal to go with it. On the plus side the staff was supa friendly and accommodating.

We stopped in a few times in the last few months. We all enjoyed every meal we had. The service was good, the TV's are plentiful. Just wish there was a little bit of sound deadening, it's always too loud and echoing for my taste, but I am not such a young person. I would suggest giving the place a try, it's is worth it.

Took a while for anyone to talk to us after we sat down (almost 25 minutes) but once we did get a waiter he was very friendly and helpful, and apologetic. The wings are a good starter, but the mild still has some kick to it. The blacked chicken gyro was massive and very good. Couldn't finish the very crunchy and tasty fries. The chicken and waffle sliders were a little too sweet, but still not too bad. The Carolina chicken sandwich was good, crispy as advertised. Plenty of screens to watch sports and the food is good enough to warrant another visit.
Tap Room is clean, food is great, drinks are good, and everyone is really nice. The rewards program they offer is awesome.

Really wanted to like this place cause the menu looked really good but it just fell short. The homemade cheese sticks were just ok, nothing special, it needed the sause or they would have been bland. I personally was not crazy about the sweet taste of the fig on the steak tacos n could not find Any chimichurri sauce. The grilled cheese with the short rib was biggest disappointment. There was hardly any cheese, the short ribs were dry and almost nonexistent fig jam & overall looked thrown together n tossed onto the plate. The staff was very nice and friendly and attentive but now I see why there was no wait for a table on a Saturday night.

We went this weekend for a family member’s birthday and enjoyed our time there. Nice drinks and food options. We got the wontons, pretzel and Mac and cheese balls for appetizers. The gyro, signature burger, buttermilk chicken sandwhich for lunch. Staff was attentive and pleasant. We will be back.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food options, Mac and cheese, chicken fingers, cheese burger, etc.High chairs were available and coloring book with crayons were there ??

This was our first time in your Jericho location and, as we have experienced before in Patchogue, the food was great! We enjoyed steak tacos, burgers, hot honey chicken sandwich and short rib grilled cheese.... all wonderful! Our server, Lisa, was wonderful. Attentive and on point. A real pleasure. It was early, 5:30 on a Tuesday and the place wasn't crowded, the other tables were mostly senior citizens (including my 94-year old father). The music was the only downfall....just way too loud to even have a conversation....especially with my dad! I can see having it turned up when the place is crowded and there's a bar crowd, but for an early dinner crowd, it was just way too overwhelming. That's the only downfall! Cheers
