What was supposed to be a fun night, Turned out not to be. I waitress came over in the beginning, took her drink water and then we didn’t see her again until desert. If the restaurant is understaffed, they should not feel all those tables my sister ordered the steak and came back raw. I came back, cooked Johnson oil not edible The manager, Liz argued with her and said no that’s not possible and then finally she took it off the bill. When I asked her for her name, she said, I’ll write it down and come back to you and she never came back. We got her name from the hostess Amir from Peter. Clam bar was nice and helpful. Then when we got our bill we were charged $56 for bread and butter. It was not a fun experience and after all that we missed the market the holiday market I’ve been to a lot of high-end restaurants and I’ve been to casual places and I’ve never experienced that level of rudeness for management.

Beautiful shops. Great food. Great for the kids and the adults. They have a gorgeous Christmas ? store. Open Friday Saturday and Sundays. It amazing there. ☆the day after Thanksgiving is the tree lighting.

Not at all please with our experience. Food was okay but way over priced. The server didn't seem very interested in her.

We attended a family member's wedding here on 9/30 and my elderly mom wants to give her thanks to Susan, a staff member who was so kind and attentive to her throughout the evening. My mom uses a walker and Susan made sure she was safe, comfortable and had everything she needed, even helping her get safely into the shuttle at the end of the night. Thanks so much to Susan and all the staff for their attention and care!

I went there to the cottage for the first time, for a multi Hicksville High reunion. It was fabulous. There was 400 people spread out in 3 big rooms with a DJ and large dance floor.??????There was hourderves passed around and a long buffet table, w alot of desserts to.I highly recommend it❤?

I brought my family for brunch and I left feeling ripped off. The website showed $50 per person and when we got there it was $60. We had an option to order from the menu, but they didn't serve any breakfast and the lunch options cost like a 4 star restaurant which this clearly wasn't. Food was OK, but not worth the money. We also looked forward to visiting the little shops but they were not open for the season. This info was not on the website. We were very disappointed, will not go back.

The Milleridge Inn 585 N Broadway, Jericho, NY 11753 -Octoberfest - We went Oct 25th 2022 @ 3pm Absolutely beautiful main restaurant building. A few adorable shops as well. So so cute. But OMG. I am sooo sorry but what a complete disaster. Disappointed. Waste of time driving there. The flyer was the only thing that showed any signs of Octoberfest. Absolutely no decorations, sign, mugs. Nothing. I asked the lovely nice hostess are we in the right place. She said yes. I said where's the decoration, etc. Is there a fair or something. She says you can order sausage off the menu. I entered the restaurant and it was like my grandparents and their friends were having brunch/playing bingo(that was the vibe). I don't mean to offend my elders but it was just so strange. It's like going to a Medieval Festival and there's nothing. No theme. No turkey legs, No face paint. Etc. No sign of Octoberfest at all. No employees or the band wearing costumes. It the most strange thing ever. * 1st first pic is the flyer * 2nd pic that wasn't how it was in the restaurant * 3rd pic. 90% elderly crowd but the band weren't wearing that costume. * 4th is a video I took outside. They had Halloween sign but no Octoberfest signs at all. I'm sure it's a lovely place but totally not what I or anyone I think would except from seeing the Octoberfest flyer. No being harsh. Just my experience. Cheers. Good thing I didn't buy a costume. That would have been embarrassing. Lol.

I must say that this was such a disappointment. I've eaten at the Cottage for events and the food was great. One tip off should have been that it was empty on a Saturday night. This place was a pricey one and done.

Just finished an expensive meal for an anniversary at the Milleridge Inn. Last time I was here was many years ago and remember them having great food. It's a beautiful place with a great environment but it was Octoberfest today and the food seemed to be pre-prepared and sitting under hot lights for far too long. The potato balls were like rubber and the schnitzel was hard as a rock. Not recommended, over $200 for a party of 3, which I expected. I also expected to get a premium food experience for the price. Then the bad accordion music started which just drove us out of the place as soon as they could deliver the check.

Decided to have retirement brunch for my mom here, the food was always good and never had any issues. Today was different, for today's brunch there were Flys and Nats hovering over the brunch buffet. Servers were swatting them away only when a guest noticed. I sat there and watched a server just stare at the fly all over the food until someone walked up. I had a table for 11 and asked to have unlimited drinks added 10$ pp extra, for us to constantly look for him then he completely disappeared after check was paid we hadn't even gotten up for desert/coffee yet. If was an awful experience for such a pricey brunch. Mimosas were warm, Nats at the table, and the plates looked dirty. I was embarrassed for suggesting this place, will not be going back .

We had been going to the Milleridge for years having Graduations, weddings, birthdays and other group gatherings; and now planning to book our daughters baby shower in the garden room Friday 8/19/22. We arrived to meet Sarah the event planner she quickly said they could not give us the garden room in January which was not booked. I was planning to have 40 to 45 people. She proceeded to show us rooms upstairs. I agreed to pay for 60 meals if they would pack the extras up. She said they dont do that. Around 1pm we finished with Sarah and Debbie the maître d' became our waitress. There is no lunch menu. Salad was okay, we didn't have drinks or coffee, just water, they no longer serve Popovers, i ordered chicken pop pie. It was $45. And I couldn't eat it , it had no taste, the crust was one big hard cookie on top of a bowl of onions swimming in water, i needed to use a knife to cut it, flaky it was NOT. My husband ordered strip stake which was dry, no sauce and served with old breakfast potatoes and old canned soggy string beans. Nothing was fresh. We thought the 7 layer cake would make up for the terrible meals however the single slice of cake arrived stale and rancid. This place has gone down hill. I should have realized when there wasn't any customers inside. The only redeeming experience was our lovely waitress Debbie, she was a real doll. We walked out after paying $113.00 for lunch for 2 people! Disgusting food we took home to our neighbors dogs. Very very disappointed in what was once a landmark on Long Island. Poor management and poor quality! They just dont care. Im sorry to say i will no longer recommend the Milleridge. Get it together people! I can only assume its under new management that dont know how to manage. I feel bad for the wait staff. If i could take away the star i would. Dont waste your money!

No reservations needed, but it's recommended. A little on the expensive side. Didn't meet my expectations, large place but will not return.
