Don't waste your money or time taking family to this dishonest restaurant. I'd give it zero star rating if I could!
We took our family of 10 for a Christmas dinner on December 8, 2024. I had to give them $100. deposit for the reservation. Right there I should of realized what restaurants want money up front for a reservation. The restaurant had renovations done which I really didn't notice it looked like the same old restaurant from years ago. Four of us ordered filet mignon dinner and each receive over cooked meat. The potato souffle wasn't cooked enough and the brussel sprouts were raw. I finally asked my daughter if her potatoes and brussel sprouts were cooked and she said no. The waitress never came over to see if we were happy with our dinners. I asked a wait staff to get our waitress. She finally came over and offered mashed potatoes instead of the undercooked souffle. By this time everyone finished there filet mignon and it was too late for replacements. The bus boy handing out the meals gave the regular cheeseburger to a 5 year old and the children's burger to the 15 year old. We waited so long for the meals the 15 year old started eating her burger. So we paid $27.00 for a 5 year old children's burger. The waitress apologized when bringing the bill because she knew how bad the service was.
I called the next day to complain to the management and never received a call back after three attempts for one. I finally disputed the $508. plus $100. on the reservation to my Visa company. After the first dispute they said they left messages on my answering machine and I never called them back. Well then I sent my phone records to show their number was never registered as calling me back. They are liars and cheats so beware and just stay away from this restaurant. Look at their negative reviews on all the sites and for me seeing the dishonest response they gave my Visa company says it all.

Do not go there the food was horrible - it looked like it was precooked and reheated - they changed menu from the last ownership and the chefs cooking skills was atrocious - it used to be so good now it’s terrible under new ownership

We had our wedding here right before Christmas .The wedding coordinator, Laura, was neglectful on so many things. Ask for Amanda or Isabella instead. They did a good job of picking up her slack for us.The food was bad and was served late and cold. The food in the restaurant is normally very good. In retrospect it may have been better to schedule the wedding at a time other than the holidays when it would not be excessively busy.
Thank you

Excellent main courses. Enjoyed Caesar Salad with grilled chicken which was plentiful. Ossobuco which was very tasty and came with vegetables.
We would enjoy hearing music which was more appropriate for this wonderful venue such as jazz or elevator music. :)
The service was wonderful as well.
Enjoy!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I am deeply disappointed with the recent craft fair at your venue. Your advertisement described it as a large vendor fair held in an expo center, yet when I attended, I was shocked to find only five vendors present. The so-called "village" felt deserted, making for an underwhelming experience that lasted no more than five minutes.

What makes this situation even worse is the misinformation shared on your social media. When someone inquired about the number of vendors, your response stated there were 20—an outright lie. Having attended just yesterday, I can confirm this was simply not the case. When I tried to share my honest experience on Facebook, my comment was deleted multiple times, and I was eventually blocked. Rather than addressing concerns and working to improve the event, you chose to silence feedback.

Misleading customers and removing criticism does nothing to build trust or encourage return visits. Instead, it damages your reputation. I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach to advertising and customer feedback. Transparency and improvement will go much further in retaining visitors than false claims and censorship.

We booked reservations for Valentine's day. Price fixed $100 per person.. Arrived on time and seated promptly. Service was very good. 3 of us ordered the Prime rib, medium,, and 2 were medium rare, All three steaks arrived raw in the middle.. We sent them back and they did correct the cooking,,, However,,, steaks were beyond tough and had little to no seasoning.... Such a poor quality of meat.. Dessert was no better,,, 7 layer cake and Red Velvet cake both were not fresh... Stale cakes to end the evening.. Also,,, complimentary champagne was included but never offered to us.. We did not want it but,, I think they should have asked,,, Final bill for 4 of us was just under $500. Definitely skip this one,,,,

Regardless we always come back since we find it to be very festive - would definitely recommend

So let me get this straight…. A couple of years back the cinnamon bread decreased in size by about 50% but the price stayed the same at $4 which was bad enough.

Now, they just raised the price to $7 per loaf!! And even smaller…. Per the staff: “after all the renovations, they changed all the prices” So a never ending tax to customers to pay for your renovations…. Keep your bread and keep the inflated prices all over your village. After 10 years, I am using my local bakery for all my business. Truly disgusting.

The menu promised a choice between fries or a salad with our sandwich, yet we were charged extra for the side salad, which felt misleading and disappointing.

Every dish arrived cold, undermining what should have been enjoyable meals. The bread, reminiscent of a cinnamon roll, was dense and dry, making it difficult to eat without plenty of water. The trench fries, though not limp, lacked the necessary warmth to deliver their intended crispness. The absence of a soup of the day was attributed to the staff still “waking up,” highlighting a broader lack of preparation. Throughout, the service carried an adversarial tone, making us feel more like burdens than valued guests.

Portions were excessively large, almost punitive, as the poor quality left much of the food uneaten. The burger was overly charred, drowning out any nuanced flavors and making each bite a struggle. The combination of cold food and unwelcoming service overshadowed the entire dining experience, indicating that The Milleridge Inn has significant room for improvement in both their culinary offerings and guest relations.

As I read the reviews I noticed Management only replied to the few positive reviews. Tells me a lot. Here’s my review that will also be ignored. Made 5pm RSVP for 2. No wait for our table. However, we waited and waited for our server. Finally, I order wine hubby old fashion both were good. I ordered a la cart salad, short ribs w/ creamy mashed potatoes. Still no bread or popovers. As I’m eating my salad our dinners came out. The short ribs were actually chuck pot roast in a bullion gravy which resembled pudding. My fluffy creamy mashed potatoes resemble ice cream since it was scooped on a plate and cold inside. Hubby got the roasted turkey how can you screw up a turkey dinner? Whelp they managed. As salty as my was his was blander then Wonder Bread. No one check on us, I wanted a 2nd glass of $15. wine. Nothing and still waiting for the popover we did get the bread. They asked if we wanted take home boxes. The guy said what you didn’t like it? Hubby said God No! I took one just to take home the cinnamon bread. He skipped the dessert and just got the bill. Remember 5pm RSVP.. got in our car at 5:37pm I poop you not.. How sad many of us grew up going there and it was magical. Thanks for ruining my magical memories. 👎👎
