I didn't appreciate little flies around the food. Also the food value was too high for the quality.

Enjoyed Father's Day Brunch! The staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was plentiful. The clams on the half shell and other seafood were outstanding. My Husband said the cinnamon bread French toast was the best he has ever had!

I love this place. Always great for a family celebration. We enjoy the history, the shopping village, the peacocks, and the overall ambiance. It's always more than just a meal out. We also enjoy the food and the choices. The dinner portions are large but the appetizers are embarrassingly small. $24 for fried calamari that was in a small bowl. Ok won't order that again. Empty restaurant but they initially jammed a party of 8 with a member of my party in a wheelchair into a tight corner. Why? I spoke up and got us moved a table over where there was much more space. Then we sat and sat and sat and waited for service. Again near empty restaurant. I finally needed to get up and go look for someone. Servers did not come around often enough. Plates stacked up on the table and drinks went unfilled. We still had a great time and enjoyed each other and the food. The servers were very nice, but again just very laxed and disengaged. For that level of dining and prices, they just need to step it up a bit.

At this price point, you expect a lot more. This has become (essentially) a catering facility with a restaurant attached. Very pretty and massive in size, but overall a disappointment. Greeted at front door by three teenagers speaking amongst themselves in Spanish. “You guys can follow her” (2 of us weren't guys). At this price point you expect a far more professional start than teenagers in black tights who look bored when you approach. No greeting other than “Reservation?” Worse than an Applebees. The best part of the meal is at the start: hot popovers and out-of-this-world cinnamon bread. The menu is somewhat limited and EXPENSIVE for a place that gives off a consistent mid-price vibe—loud pop music competing with music from a private event, servers speaking to each other from across the room, kids wandering around from a private event, grim looking managers walking the floor. The ambiance is just bad for a restaurant as pretty as this one. Going out is not simply about the food. Food was mixed. A very good chicken pot pie, a decent steak sandwich with home fries, a below average filet mignon (and end piece) hard as rock potatoes au gratin. An average $36 chicken dish. Service was fine. Water was kept filled. Food came at the right time. The usual “who got the steak sandwich?” When the food arrived, but that seems to happen nearly everywhere. But with the average entree at $35, sides being extra (although all meals come with sides) and salads between $12-26, you expect a lot more. Again, this is primarily a catering facility at this point.

Waited 45 minutes beyond the reservation time, even though we got there 10 minutes early.

Great atmosphere good food, but more staff needs to be hired. The service was extremely slow. This happened during Christmas time and today as well.

the experience was just wonderful! The value for the price was excellent. I was there during a prix fix meal. the salad was great! The main entree was skirt steak which was very delicious, tender and cooked just as I had asked. The seven layer cake was excellent! Of course, the popovers were fantastic! There service was outstanding. We were there more than 2 hours and never rushed out. It was a terrific experience!!

Very enjoyable and the menu offered for Restaurant Week was truly excellent, hearty and varied with wonderful dishes to please everyone. Many thanks to server Edwin and manager Elias for making our dinner special.

Don't waste your money or time taking family to this dishonest restaurant. I'd give it zero star rating if I could!
We took our family of 10 for a Christmas dinner on December 8, 2024. I had to give them $100. deposit for the reservation. Right there I should of realized what restaurants want money up front for a reservation. The restaurant had renovations done which I really didn't notice it looked like the same old restaurant from years ago. Four of us ordered filet mignon dinner and each receive over cooked meat. The potato souffle wasn't cooked enough and the brussel sprouts were raw. I finally asked my daughter if her potatoes and brussel sprouts were cooked and she said no. The waitress never came over to see if we were happy with our dinners. I asked a wait staff to get our waitress. She finally came over and offered mashed potatoes instead of the undercooked souffle. By this time everyone finished there filet mignon and it was too late for replacements. The bus boy handing out the meals gave the regular cheeseburger to a 5 year old and the children's burger to the 15 year old. We waited so long for the meals the 15 year old started eating her burger. So we paid $27.00 for a 5 year old children's burger. The waitress apologized when bringing the bill because she knew how bad the service was.
I called the next day to complain to the management and never received a call back after three attempts for one. I finally disputed the $508. plus $100. on the reservation to my Visa company. After the first dispute they said they left messages on my answering machine and I never called them back. Well then I sent my phone records to show their number was never registered as calling me back. They are liars and cheats so beware and just stay away from this restaurant. Look at their negative reviews on all the sites and for me seeing the dishonest response they gave my Visa company says it all.

Do not go there the food was horrible - it looked like it was precooked and reheated - they changed menu from the last ownership and the chefs cooking skills was atrocious - it used to be so good now it’s terrible under new ownership

We had our wedding here right before Christmas .The wedding coordinator, Laura, was neglectful on so many things. Ask for Amanda or Isabella instead. They did a good job of picking up her slack for us.The food was bad and was served late and cold. The food in the restaurant is normally very good. In retrospect it may have been better to schedule the wedding at a time other than the holidays when it would not be excessively busy.
Thank you

Excellent main courses. Enjoyed Caesar Salad with grilled chicken which was plentiful. Ossobuco which was very tasty and came with vegetables.
We would enjoy hearing music which was more appropriate for this wonderful venue such as jazz or elevator music. :)
The service was wonderful as well.
Enjoy!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I am deeply disappointed with the recent craft fair at your venue. Your advertisement described it as a large vendor fair held in an expo center, yet when I attended, I was shocked to find only five vendors present. The so-called "village" felt deserted, making for an underwhelming experience that lasted no more than five minutes.

What makes this situation even worse is the misinformation shared on your social media. When someone inquired about the number of vendors, your response stated there were 20—an outright lie. Having attended just yesterday, I can confirm this was simply not the case. When I tried to share my honest experience on Facebook, my comment was deleted multiple times, and I was eventually blocked. Rather than addressing concerns and working to improve the event, you chose to silence feedback.

Misleading customers and removing criticism does nothing to build trust or encourage return visits. Instead, it damages your reputation. I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach to advertising and customer feedback. Transparency and improvement will go much further in retaining visitors than false claims and censorship.
