I’ve been going here since I was a kid. I went today and I ordered prime rib well done. It came out with a heartbeat. It went back and came out still more pink than brown. It wasn’t even medium well after the second time. I asked for a manager and I waited a half hour for the manager and they never came. I was gonna buy tickets for an upcoming event there but after today’s incident, I won’t be. Very disappointing!
The food was not great and it arrived cold to the table. It appears that they don’t have the help they need for the amount of people in the restaurant. Once we got our food, no one came back for a while.

I had the roast pot and the chicken lemon piccata, and both were flavorful, tender, and clearly made with care. And the bread… they give you so much of it, fresh and perfect for soaking up every sauce.
