I ordered a large chili through the Wendy’s app and, once home, discovered a large, sharp piece of plastic in the food. It resembled an onion and could have easily been bitten or swallowed, posing a serious food safety risk. I attempted to call the location and left a voicemail and am still waiting for a callback. This incident is unacceptable and requires immediate attention due to the safety hazard.

Unprofessional & An inconvenient location to order food from, Especially on the wendys app. Its no reason i ordered my food at nearly 11:40…Its now 12:55pm & i have not recieved nor been compensated for this negligence on wendys end as well as doordash. I simply wanted my food but at this point why would i even care after being completely patient. Not to mention driver told me she would call once arrived to the location but unassigned herself. Then had the nerve to say she couldnt find the location, Thats either a lie or its just a lack of common sense because why was gps made in this case? As a driver you shouldnt even have to rely solely on gps. Lets be real! Play with somebody else. Goodluck!
This Wendy's has been here over 2 decades. The facade has changed over the years, but the quality and service have only improved! It was a cold day, and I was in the mood for chili. I read that the meat in the chili is from their unsold burgers, so I was impressed. It was delicious and I was happy I bought 2 large orders.
