Literally waited 14 mins past pick up time and was ignored by every single wait staff, including the to-go staff. There were 4 tables sat and 2 people at the bar with at least 5 different staff walking past without acknowledging me. I do a lot of secret shops at this store and it’s by luck I wasn’t doing one this time.

Well my appetizer was full of broken chips made it hard to enjoy my dip which was the appetizer!! All my food was cold on a extremely hot skillet how is that if this thing so hot my waitress basically got a tip to do shit because im not cheap my wifes steak was ok my shrimp were cold and my chicken as well as my mash so we got cold dinner waited for ever and no full chips to dip with my appetizer this headache cost me almost 60 bucks never again

Placed a to-go order and we sat in the car side pick up for over an hour. Multiple cars came and got their food before anyone even came out for us to pay. By the time we got our food it was cold and the beef on the nachos was old and nasty. We had to go inside and ask where our food was and it was in a bag on the floor for who knows how long. They simply forgot about our food and didn’t care enough to check on the car that was waiting for over an hour.

I'm not really a big fan of Applebee's and other restaurants of the like, but so far this one has been solid. Granted, I just get a burger when I go, but it hasn't been a bad burger by any stretch. Will probably go again.

All you can eat was ok, except for the chicken strips, they were smaller than the shrimp and a little bit overcooked and I go there, every time.. update, just tried to get back to them and No go.. just saying the tiny pieces of chicken wasn't even strips.. lol, tried to get back to them @Applebees, using their link and again NO go, maybe they can get a hold of me on FB.. But I'm heading to the Applebee's place for lunch today... Update, everything was very good and pleased with everything and the service and oh yeah, the chicken strips were bigger than the shrimp..lol

I sent my daughter, granddaughter and great granddaughter for dinner because it's one of my granddaughter's favorite places I even bought her a gift card for mother's day. When they got there, their was an issue with the hostess who was talking with another worker cleaning tables who stated she wish the power went out so she could go home.
There is so much to write that I will be calling the district manager the lady who answered the phone had a real attitude and would not even give me her name. The manager wasn't better he said his name was Joseph.
Update: I received a call on 5-17-25 from the service manager Caitlin about my families experience with the above review. She was very pleasant heard my story and went above to fix the situation. My family was not looking for a hand out but some respect from a place they frequent. My family will return because of Caitlin and her personal reassurance Thank You for reaching out and being professional and going above and beyond we will return.
