It took over 30+ minutes to get served 1 cold beverage, only one bar tender on duty! And she seemed to be in a pissing match with the waiter's staff , basically ignoring people at the tables , maybe they should have a separate bar tender just for the food tables?
Parking: They need a bigger parking lot hard to find parking.

This place is awful, I ordered ribs and they came out frozen. They didn't even take time to microwave them. I went back a few nights later and the food was cold again. This is a picture of the ribs but they are frozen.

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have endured in a long time. I thought I was going to order dinner and go pick it up. 2.5 hours later I was given the wrong order and told I could drive another 25 minutes there and back to pick up the right order after paying $50 for 2 orders of ribs. A full refund has still not been received. I would give them no stars if that was an option and I would seriously recommend a new manager

I picked up an order ordered a large soda without ice. They gave me a large cup halfway filled with soda. I don't care that i ordered it without ice. I still should have a full large cup of soda. This was absolutely disgusting of them to do. I will never go to applebees again. Food is just ok.
Went on a Friday night . The server was Cassie. She took care of other tables that sat after us before taking care of us. She was not very friendly and not on point. We were served a FROZEN corn dog for my niece . The French Fries were beyond salty. When I brought the corn dog to her attention (after my poor niece tried to eat it frozen she doesn't like to complain lol) she asked if I was sure it was frozen and I told her to touch it . She had an attitude like I was bothering her when asked to get something different. We also asked for fresh fries and never received them. She never even brought our refills on our drinks that we asked for . Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I would NEVER go back or suggest anyone else to go there.

Service was good even despite the large crowd. Food only average. Bit into crispy chicken sandwich and now have burn on my face from hot liquid that shot out. Not a pleasant experience.
