1st, tried to order online, that didn't work so called the restaurant. Placed our order for bacon cheeseburger with fries..no fries we had to wait..also asked for crispy ranch bacon sandwich with extra ranch.didnt even get the original ranch on sandwich no less the extra I paid for. This was carside to go. Please get the website in order! Don't know if we will order again..

Not once have I had a poor experience with this location. The servers and staff are always happy and eager to serve -- even if it's silently reluctantly lol -- and the food is stellar. The decor is very 2000s chic, but I like that so it's a plus for me. If you're looking for good food in the Johnstown area, I recommend this Applebee's location.
