They don’t even give out spoons for loaded services food, signature drinks taste like milk or straight black coffee

I personally like dunkin, especially the fact it's actually affordable, but like a lot of places the quality of service varies depending on who's working, some of the people here are great and some are just doing there job, either way I'll be back.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I understand they’re busy but being nasty and snarky isn’t cool. I’m finally going to start going across the street for my daily order now.

I love getting a doughnut there for breakfast or a bagel with cream cheese.

I went in today and ordered 2 donuts the one was right and I asked for a chocolate glazed donut and didn't get it I got a donut with chocolate frosting on it. The 2 md drink's were right

The very first review I read here mirrored my experience of yesterday. I have probably been to a Dunkin' Donuts for a drink maybe 3 times so am unfamiliar with the menu. I ordered a small macchioto, which cost well over $4. When I got to my vehicle, I thought it felt light. I opened the lid and sure enough, there was a half cup of liquid. The rest was foam, and that did not even reach the top.
