The staff/customer service employees are kind and very considerate .I’ve ordered food for a party and every time I’ve called with questions staff were pleasant and helpful . I’ve also picked up to go food several times this month and it has been excellent ! Kudos to this KFC !! Great staff and Best food !!!

KFC seems to vary a lot from one location to another. This location in Johnstown, NY has been good. I've been there twice and the food was all hot, the chicken was fresh, crispy, juicy, and tender both times. It truly was "finger lickin' good."The atmosphere is what I would expect of a fast food restaurant. Nothing fancy. Not as clean as it could be but not objectionable in any way.The dining area is small but most people seem to do takeout so the handful of...
