Why are my fries and nuggets so crunchy you can’t even bite into them? Paying $12 for a meal of overcooked fries and nuggets which you can visibly see are beyond well done…. Pure laziness

Horrible, I ordered on the app, drove to pick up spot. Waited a half hour then went inside and asked where my order is. They were waiting on cookies. They had to cook them. I only orders a Big Mac and 3 cookies. Got back late to work from lunch. This is McDonalds in Johnson,

Johnstown McDonald's can always be trusted to provide a safe, happy, and healthy environment for its customers! I've been eating there for years and am always greeted politely and in a friendly manner by whoever is working the front register, the food is always neat and fresh, and the workers there always say goodbye and have a great day! My table is always clean and if I ever need anything I know I can simply ask because the workers are always happy to help! 10/10 recommend and will always go back!

Very unprofessional not only 1 burger was wrong but the whole meal I gave out back 1 burger for manager to see she asked if I need it a new one I said as a old fastfood employee I didn't want anything remade just bringing her unprofessional part because she bagged it but didn't verify for instructions and this is a manager I don't blame workers for being as bad as their example.
Somebody used 5 bottles of grill cleaner to clean 4 grills last night. It seemed like they were interrogating an employee about what happened to it....almost like they thought he was cooking meth with it. Lol. (I dont know if thats possible but they were very concerned about using too much grill cleaner)
Then I walk to my car and eat my QPC and watch these 2 meth heads come set up camp in the drive thru. Unfortunately, it seems Johnstown is changing. As a resident of Newark, NJ....you want to nip the drug addicts in your drive thru thing right away before it gets bad.
