To start, we could overhear the employees talking shit about our orders (one of us wanted extra pickles and I wanted mine plain) and was making fun of us for it, and then our friends order was deleted, and then when she finally got her food, there was a long strain of hair in the burger. Also the dining room was full of flies, and the food was beyond greasy. Whoever was behind the grill running his mouth should be fired because that was just disrespectful.

Manage was very rude ,we had 2 coupons and 2 people in our car,was asked to drive up and when we got there they said only one coupon per person ,well there was 2 of us in the car. Was told if we wanted to use the second coupon we had to go back through the drive thru. We took our coupons back went inside and the manager told the casher we can't use 2 . We each checked our separately and the manager handed our food to us with an attitude, we didn't eat our food do we didn't trust it because he stood back there as they made it and was afraid he done something to it. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

This is the 4th or 5th time they have done this! So I recommend if you don’t want shitty service go somewheres else

Orders are correct most of the time. Drive thru is very slow, if you order inside it isn't any faster because they prioritize the drive thru. Haven't had fresh fries in months. The closest I came to fresh fries was the other day when I got warm fries.

Terrible, disgusting. Should be shut down. My order was taken wrong 3 times. The customer service was terrible. I waited 30 mins for them to acknowledge me and fix my order and another 30 mins waiting for my food. When I got my food it was old and gross. I stopped ordering DoorDash from this McDonald’s because every single time I don’t get what I paid for. This place was never that bad but now they deserve to be shut down. Worst McDonald’s in America

Stopped at the Johnstown McDonald's on July 8th for lunch to go I ordered a double hamburger four-piece chicken strip and large soda. Got my order okay no problems I went to go eat my sandwich was delicious but the chicken strips was overcooked and full of grease chicken strips look like they were recooked . Also the men's room has sewage coming out of the floor drains and nobody was cleaning it up.
