Terrible service. Waitess was extremely rude because I ordered curbside pickup and it was raining. I had to go inside to get my food and didn't get it until at least 10 min after the app said it was ready

2 days in a row, I ordered personal pan pizza with extra sausage extra cheese and didn't get extra sausage, what's wrong with u people that u can't get an order right and I did so through ur app, very disappointing, especially 2 days in a row

I'm going one star here. We had quit ordering from Pizza Hut but thought hey let's try it again. Continuously forgetting something. Every. Single. Time. It is very frustrating and will no longer order from here. I will also recommend to everyone around me to go ride where.

I’m a regular customer and the lady who made my pizza and garlic bread . Made wrong order. I called and asked for replacement. She was very rude and denied the replacement and asked me to pay again if I wanted a new garlic bread…Very sad that people who make your food and not people friendly and don’t care about about customers.

Upon walking into this Pizza Hut location, I found two women at the front. One was on the phone & the other just stared at me. (this woman was short, heavy set, dark hair & glasses.) I told her the name on the order. She then responded with "who?" to which I reiterated the name only for her to just ignore me & walk away into the back. Which I found incredibly unprofessional. The other woman that was on the phone ended up grabbing the food (which was right behind her). This is not the first time I have run into staff at this location that have either been rude or disreputable.

Ordered 24 boneless wings, I think they mixed them up with chicken tenders, looks like they d*** the sauce in the bottom and throw the wings on top, close the top, Luke warm! Roberta is the best though

Rude "managers" answer the phone and actually ARGUE with the customer. If you ever think they are ignoring your calls its because they are.they press a button to mute the ring or they answer and hang up. The only good thing about pizza hut is Roberta
Way too expensive and worst pizza I’ve had from them. All of the toppings burned. And they need to admit that there is no such thing as the original pan pizza. SMH

Waitress didn't know how to do her job. Took forever to get our drink, bread sticks came out hot, we were a party of 3. I personally got the melt which came out first, the other 2 people had personal pan pizzas which aren't hard to do. But the one guys sat on the counter near the backside of register while they had to put the other one back thru the oven because they forgot to put pineapple on.. so his pizza was Luke warm when he got it. The pineapple one was suppose to have lite sauce and it was severely over loaded with sauce . Never came over to ask us if we wanted more to drink.. too busy walking around with hands in back pockets.. not impressed at all.. she definitely needs to be retrained...the boy in kitchencutting up pizzas sneezed numerous times and never washed his hands. Totally disgusted .. up pizzas

Went to Friendly's next door and it smelled dirty so came over to Pizza Hut.We were the only two in there. Kinda nice. The tables were sticky, not ideal but whatever. The paper placemats looked re-used. One had a drawing on it and the other had sauce on it. But it was still probably cleaner than Friendly's.We got our beverages and said we needed a minute to look at the menu. The menu is scarce so it took about 2 minutes. 10 or 12 minutes later the waitress comes back and takes our order.I can tell there are a few online orders, but literally we're the only people there. We ordered sandwiches, which seemed fairly simple, boneless wings on bread, and fries.20 or 25 minutes later we get our food, the fries and chicken are room temp at this point. Bread was more stale than 'toasted'. The sauce selections were good.. Overall the service took forever and the food was cold.I really would like another affordable restaurant in Johnstown, but it's looking like Taco Bell and Applebee's are the only convenient places to go at this point. This place has to be going under, what a poor excuse for an establishment.
