Ordered 2 tuna fish subs. Within 1 hour my 2 kids and I had diarrhea. The utensils are dirty and/or criss contamination , plastic gloves employee are cross contaminated, but most likely cause is dirty pans not washed out with soap and water when replacing contents. How do I know all this I am a former cook for 45 years ago. Health inspector should look at the place and run a few test.
