Tonight on August 1st 2025 at around 10:10 pm was the most disappointing visit to any Taco Bell ever, in Johnstown NY, I walked for 45 minutes with a hurt foot after not eating for a couple days and I finally got a few dollars and because I was ten minutes past the lobby hours the girl that was upfront wouldn't serve me, the doors were open, and they're open until 2:00 am, I don't drive, but all I wanted was a $7 luxe box, doordash was allowed in, I even saw two guys use that touchscreen thing to order and they were served, I asked if I could use that and the girl upfront said no, and she was very mean about it, finally one of the other people working let me order, and the order was awful, I got a cold soft shell taco when it was supposed to be a crunchy, the Chalupa had barely any meat on it, they forgot my soda and when I tried to ask for it they all ignored me, I was treated horribly and I left feeling sad and angry, I love Taco Bell, but I won't be going there for a while because of that one girl, it's not the job for her, I walked in limping and out of breath and she was very hostile towards me for no reason, I don't know the names of anyone, but the whole crew needs to be retrained, I'm sorry to complain, I never had done this, but I really think it should be addressed, it was restaurant 030369 order #572 name is Danny K, thank you...

This used to be a very good Taco Bell, I used to frequent that often when they served breakfast. But since they discontinued breakfast, I've only stopped here on occasion. Well, yesterday was one of those occasions. The service for taking my order was fine. The weight for my food was completely unacceptable! I've added three photos of our receipts showing that from the time we ordered until our food came out it was 27 minutes. This is completely unacceptable for what it's supposed to be a fast food restaurant! I don't know what has happened to this staff in the last 6 months but this is horrendous! Luckily, the food was fine! After all, we only ordered 8 soft shell tacos! Not a particularly difficult order to complete. This unacceptable wait combined with the fact they no longer serve breakfast, I seriously doubt I will frequent this Taco Bell again. It's unfortunate because I do like Taco Bell.

Possibly the most incompetent fast food location in the history of the 518 here in Upstate NY. Not a single employee has a clue what's going on. Takes ages to receive the smallest orders, taking the fast out of fast food constantly. Food is mediocre at best anyway. Why waste your money or time eating here?

Drive thur is VERY slow. And twice now their system was down and couldn't order at all.
UPDATE: The owners replied to my review. Asking me to email so they could make this right. I've emailed twice now, with NO REPLY!!
