I’m a frequent, most of the time it’s good. One bad experience where they threw out a pickup order after 15 minutes, I was running late. I explained that it was pre-paid, if it’s cold thats on me - wasn't planning on being late but still wanted my food that I paid for. After back and forth, they remade it, incorrectly - I assume on purpose.
As long as you order less than $15 it’s correct most of time, sometimes forgets sauces. Anything more than that they will probably get something wrong but thats typical TB.
Haven't been inside since pre-pandemic. Used to be kept nice and clean.

The food is good. Service is faster than most unless shift change. Atmosphere is good sometimes feels like no one pays attention to dining area. Staff is usually welcoming but can be too busy to acknowledge. Most work great with young kids
Service at this location has always been great. The people who I have encountered that work here are very professional and always seem like they are enjoying their job. I do not believe that they have ever messed an order up for us the countless times we have gone there.
My niece was walking to taco bell and went in and got a cup for water (mind you if you look it up the water is free) and yet she was told by miss connie that she was banned from coming into taco bell for grabbing a cup, like if you need water, you need water. But ya super job you really did your big one. If thats your management ya'll need a reevaluation of your staff

Watched a manager on the line touch her hair while wearing her gloves and preparing food. the manager is slow mentally or something, and *every* time I visit when shes working it takes almost 20 minutes to get my food. All for people with special needs, but sometimes maybe not cut out to be in charge of a restaurant.

Everytime I come here and order a chicken chalupa I never get it. I come to this one thinking you would be better than Amsterdam but that def isn't the case.

Don’t work here. At all. Higher ups are disrespectful and unable to manage a singular store. The horror stories I have heard that are in reference to working here is actually insane. Not worth minimum wage at best. So unless you want a reason to check into therapy, don’t apply. Go literally anywhere else.

I’m just going to be honest with myself because I know that this food is gross. After last night it is no longer worth the convenience to pay nearly $50 to have a meal delivered for one person and it’s complete trash. Out of my 4 hard shell tacos maybe one of them had meat, cheese, and lettuce and the rest had one of those. All I could taste in my burritos were bean paste and sour cream. I won’t even mention how I’ve had watery diarrhea all day because I guess that’s common. I don’t need anyone from management replying trying to make things right. I just want people to really think before they order and if you can make it to a grocery store or even a gas station please do so.?

Food was ice cold missing items and the worst food I've ever had, every time we go there there's something wrong with our order. Both Johnstown and Amsterdam Taco Bell's are the worst restaurants I've ever been to in my entire life
