Megan and her team did a phenomenal job catering our small, intimate wedding reception. The service, attention to detail and food were all outstanding. Everyone had such a nice time.

Unfortunately, I never got to eat. I see the place is run by actual chefs and was really looking forward to trying it, but they were so overwhelmed with being half full on a Wednesday, they couldn’t accommodate a single walk-in because they only had one server. It’s so hard to be a restaurant that does good these days, it’s so hard to staff. I wish them the best and I hope I get to try it someday. The menu looked great and it smelled delicious in there.

Great meal tonight. The French onion soup “airplane” chicken were both tasty. Our service was quick too. I would love to come back!

Union Hall just catered my 50th high school reunion and people have been raving about how over the top fabulous it was ever since. We selected a mid-range buffet option for 140 guests with some passed appetizers and they also handled the full bar. We could not have been happier: the quality of the food was top notch executed perfectly and the staff was great. Working with Megan was easy and delightful throughout. I would highly recommend Union Hall if you’re looking for a caterer anywhere within their travel range.

Ok, foodies, get off the NS Thruway for this gadtro experience! This establishment is the baby of 2 CIA grads. The atmosphere is a historic inn, well appointed. The menu is broad, gourmet burgers to lobster and rack of lamb. Your Chef Lauren Saltsman will accommodate dietary restrictions. Your pastry chef Megan Saltzman will do the same and creates amazing delights including Crem Brule, and Cowboy Cookie extravaganzas.

I had the roasted cod served on a bed of wild rice with sauteed greens and a vegetable. I like cod but I don't think it's the best white fish. However, this one is. I have never had cod taste so fresh and light and succulent as the roasted cod . My companions had salmon which was reviewed as outstanding and another had the thick cut pork chop which to me looked delicious. That diner doesn't have a descriptive palette but said he liked it a lot. Union Hall is really an excellent restaurant. One of the best in my area. From now on it is my first choice for dining out.
