We stop here maybe once a month and have never had an issue until tonight. The staff were acting like hooligans, screaming out the drive thru window, climbing through the window, blasting music, etc. I’m all for having fun at work but there’s a level of professionalism that needs to be maintained. This made the business look really bad. On top of this experience, our food was extremely cold and we were missing items. Disappointing.

I order a 10 pc of nugget small meal on uber and everything was in the bag but the 10 pc of nuggets, when I call to Wendy’s this woman says “you gotta call uber for a refund” uber just gave me $2 back…and is literally her responsibility to put all the food in the bag because I work in a fast food and that’s not how is supposed to be things

Just mid through and through. Food: meh. Fries are only good for like 5 mins when fresh and every meat served there typically has no flavor. Service: odd. Most employees are friendly, but all awkward/different in their own unique ways. Atmosphere: a little old. Everything looks dull, sad, and could probly be cleaned slightly more often.

Burger was cold, overcooked and seemed like it was sitting - hence being cold. The service was fine, nice and polite. Fries were good. Soda was loaded with ice so drink was a wrap quick.

Forgot my entire food and refused to give it to me. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes and at the speaker for 10 minutes trying to get their attention. I’m a DoorDash driver so I couldn’t go back through. They don’t answer their phones at ALL for communication with DoorDash, and are rude as hell. I would like an email address to be able to contact a regional manager to discuss

So basically unless you yoke em up and look em dead in the face and tell them to drop your nuggets fresh, they’re cold every single time. Like, put a thermometer in them, and they’re not at legal serving temp cold. Like actually a little cold on the inside instead of warm

Ordered a triple baconator meal and a double baconator. Was given the double baconator, the triple ended up being a different burger entirely. All of the food was cold including the fries. The ordering box is also broken and you cannot really hear what the people are saying to you. The only thing that was correct was the Dr. Pepper. Also was not given my receipt and the ordering box does not display what is ordered. Complete disappointment, complete waste of money.
