I liked my food thought it was decent enough portions, did need to call and have something fixed and remade they were very nice about it and I would come back.

Every time we order from this place, something always goes wrong. They often forget items or don’t follow special instructions. Today, for example, we ordered a pizza and requested jalapeños and pineapples on the side—because I don’t like jalapeños and my husband doesn’t like pineapples—but they ignored our comments and put both on the pizza. My husband ended up having to eat a pizza he didn’t want, and I didn’t get to try his pizza either.
The staff always seem willing to help, but the manager makes everything difficult, even for work orders I place. Compared to the same order at Giuseppe’s in Plattsburgh, which is always handled much better, with friendly managers who genuinely try to help guests, this location is very disappointing.
Overall, we are very dissatisfied and I wouldn’t recommend this place—they are inflexible and often don’t do the job properly.

Very clean place! Pizza was good. The young lady at the front counter didn’t really know what things were I asked what the pizza logs were she said pepperoni cheese wrapped in dough but they’re actually egg rolls😑

1 1/2 hours for an undercooked philly cheesteak and 10 wings and a 5 mile delivery. Sandwich bread was wet, meat was cold in the middle, wings were room temp and def frozen. Last time i ordered a pizza from them it took 2 hours. They used to be so good when they first opened just gets worse everytime. $16.50 for 10 frozen chewy wings really? Never again
