Ordered food from here for a family gathering and all the food was amazing. Everyone loved the lasagne and wings especially

We've been frequent patrons of Giuseppe's since their move from Consumer Square to Route 3 Plattsburgh. Since college reopened the quality of service has tanked. I recently tried to call in a pizza order and was hung up on. Prior to that I had tried to call in a pizza order and was put on hold for ten minutes. I drove to the restaurant and ordered a pizza in person and it was a 45 minute wait. The quality of the food is generally very good although the last time we ordered spaghetti the sauce appeared to be somewhat watery.
They also raised prices. Extra large pizza that used to cost $25 is now $30.
I think the help is overtaxed and some of the waitstaff are new and inexperienced. I think we will take a break from this restaurant at least until college is out and see if they can up there game.

Had a bit of a wait for the food. However, the food was good, hot, and presented well. The service was good, especially since they only had one young lady taking our order as well as others and answering the phones while others in the kitchen offered her no help.

10/15/24, 7:16pm
Ordered for delivery ... medium sized Hawaiian with pre-baked crust so it would be a "crisp" crust upon delivery.
Was told delivery would be within "the hour".

8:24pm ... 24 minutes after "the hour"
Called to inquire about delivery status. Was told "out for delivery ... we have only 1 driver tonight".

8:34pm ... 34 minutes after "the hour"
Driver arrived. Refused pizza ... COLD!!!

I ordered 2 large pizzas and set a time for pick up. The price was reasonable and the pizza was ready on time and delicious! I highly recommend!

It's OK. Not homemade, at least the chicken Parmigiana wasn't. They do give you a huge portion. Service was OK. Not great. I personally would not go back.

Purchased two calzones which were delicious and also ordered the churros. Was a little disappointed to only receive one churro cut in half for $7.00!

The food here is hit or miss. Sometimes it is good while other times it is absolutely terrible. The ice cream is good and reasonably priced. The staff is usually great.

The young man did an amazing job working by himself taking care of people eating in, take outs, answering phones and ice cream.

Food is always good and the employees are always friendly. My family and I eat here a few times each year when we visit Keeseville and never have complaints.
We did just find out that they are no longer going to have ice cream, so we are disappointed about this news.

After waiting just shy of 2 hours for a delivery on a Sunday, we were extremely disappointed! The order was all messed up and the chicken in the wrap wasn’t cooked! I wouldn’t feed their food to my dogs! Gross.

We ordered take out from here and were very happy with the taste of food and the portion size. We tried the fried cheese curds, spinach eggplant wrap and pasta (that they helped us customise to have no meat). The ice creams (cotton candy and hot fudge sundae) were so delicious. Service was friendly.
