We've been frequent patrons of Giuseppe's since their move from Consumer Square to Route 3 Plattsburgh. Since college reopened the quality of service has tanked. I recently tried to call in a pizza order and was hung up on. Prior to that I had tried to call in a pizza order and was put on hold for ten minutes. Had a bit of a wait for the food. However, the food was good,hot, and presented well. The service was good, especially since they only had one young lady taking our order as well as others and answering the phones while others in the kitchen offered her no help.
Food is always good and the employees are always friendly. My family and I eat here a few times each year when we visit Keeseville and never have complaints.
We did just find out that they are no longer going to have ice cream, so we are disappointed about this news.
