When it was Kendall K&K it was good; now the place sucks. They don't want to make food after 9pm if you call a pizza in.(Sorry some of us work in the afternoon as well.) I've repeatedly had bad experiences and complained to corporate. For instance a breakfast sandwich somehow was going to take a half hour to make in the past. I've given up going here besides gas when I'm forced too. & Honestly I wish Dollar General sold that. I tried to give them chance after chance due to the close proximity and there being nothing around. I ask for a calzone made with buffalo chicken; they have calzones that are bossy chicken. They tell me that they CANNOT do it. So I call HAMLIN Crosbys and not to my surprise.. Twenty minutes and I'll have my calzone. The employees here are getting paid to do nothing more or less.

So the kid in the evening makes the best tuna sub,plus makes a fantastic Buffalo wing pizza. I go right by the one in Clarkson every day , but will make the trip to Kendall. Yum

I called to order pizza & wings 45mins prior to getting to the location. Got there and went in then the kid that answered the phone (Shane) wrote the order and nothing was done about it. Even the onsite manager was clueless, my food ticket and 4 others were untouched will NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Two snotty little princesses taking, and making orders. Ordered 8 pc chicken fingers, fries, and italian assorted sub. Got home with the order and it was wrong. 8 pc fingers only had 4, sub was very light on the fixins. Call about the fingers, they made the other 4. When I picked them up she handed them to me, thought I would look at them, no sauceHanded it back and let her know. She took them, grabbed the jug of sauce, and I am telling you she poured the sauce to them, enough for about 20 orders. Not having the order right is bad enough, but the attitude is worse! I have never had a problem with the Hamlin store, so I will continue using them. No more Kendall!

Went to exchange my propane tank Sunday afternoon. Paid for it and was told someone will be out in a minute. So as I stood by the tank cage waiting I noticed an employee having a break. Little did I know I'd be standard there waiting for him. Fast forward 10 minutes he walks into the store and comes right back out to help me. All the tanks are empty and now I have to wait another 10 minutes or so for him to call the boss To figure out how to refund my money back onto a card. So approximately 1/2 hour of bull for nothing.

-first of all, their staff is great-but what really bothers me is that all of thier windshield wipers for use by the gas pumps have all of the sponges removed.. it seems like they did this to save on washer fluid.. but I can't clean my windshields with what they provide and that's just frustrating and promotes more driving risks if unable to have clear vision while out and about
Been going here for over 20 years and just as of recent times my food orders are always wrong! I'll never order food from Kendall location again I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to Hamlin where my order is always delicious and correct

Walked into the store to purchase fuel. I come into this store all the time with my kids to buy things. And the lady got snotty with me telling me i had to wear a mask next time otherwise she couldnt give me the fuel i was PAYING FOR. THERES A BIG PLASTIC GLASS PUT UP BETWEEN THE CASHIER AND MYSELF OR WHAT EVER PERSON WOULD BE STANDING THERE NOT TO MENTION SHE WAS WEARING INE HERSELF. I DIDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE STORE AT ALL. IT SHOULD BE OUR CHOICE ON IF WE WANT TO WHERE A MASK OR NOT BOTTOME LINE. People here are very rude and power hungry. They seem to Love the idea of controlling people by telling us they wont service us unless we put on a mask I for one WILL NOT tollerate it

The cashier “Brittany” is clearly a high end worker with amount of sarcasm I received. Also claims to know how to spell peoples names but ended up spelling my family members name wrong. Very clean though!

Have been ordering subs from Crosby's in Kendall for years. Never had a problem until the last few months the subs never get made as I ordered. Very disappointed and seems like there is mostly all new young help there that are goofing around . One sub didn't have mayo or oil on it as I ordered. Another time I asked for hot banana peppers and they put on green sweet peppers. Another time they put on onions and tomatoes that I didn't ask for. I guess it's time to buy subs from another place.
