A great place to get classic custard in WNY! This location has the typical outdoor ordering experience where you can get food, ice cream, custard, and vegan options for desserts ice 🍦 My favorite thing about picking up a custard treat is getting a classic twist with chocolate and vanilla! Be sure to check the website to see what specialty flavor of the week or month is available. I found the strawberry Custard on my second visit to be absolutely delicious and ordered it as a pint to go ! While there, we enjoyed some curly fries, BBQ, and 2 different sundaes. You can pick from one of their signature flavors or create your own! This is my favorite place to get a summer treat and I'm excited to go back and try their lemon ice twisted with custard 🍋

Took my grandkids to the original location. I wanted to share not only great custard with them, but for me so many memories came flooding back. This is iconic WNY experience.

Classic Americana with delicious frozen custard.

I also like the design. It isn't cold and gray like most places today, but comfortable, open and inviting. I think midcentury-modern? Idk I'm not an architect.

Very good ice cream but had to clarify order a couple of times for server to get it right.

Stopped in for a custard twist cup and vanilla cone. Unlike some other places we visited this weekend, Andersons soft ice cream was tasty and firm.

I ordered a triple malt shake and the lady made it perfectly. She made sure to blend it in. I have been to many places and I tend to order it and 99.9% of the time they are sloppy and never mix it in well.

Wheelchair Accessible, Food is awesome as ever. Bathrooms are accessible but the doors to get in are heavy and don't have accessible, powered openers. The bathrooms are single occupancy. Clean, stocked, and accessible. Even the grab bars are clean.

Good service, always.

Old fashioned custard spot meant for families. Operates as both indoor and outdoor eatery with garage bay doors. Plenty of parking and 2 drive entrances. Sandwiches are just okay. I prefer just getting a cone.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: No obstacles. Ground level entry and counter.

This was one of the worst meals I've had. Being from out of town, this was our first time eating here, so I didn't know what to expect. The sandwich I chose had lots of toppings in the picture on the menu, so when I ordered I asked if it came with those toppings. The person at the counter said you got to choose what you wanted on it, and so I said great and continued with my order. At other 'choose your toppings' fast food places, you often pick what you want on it after you've ordered as they're making it, but it seems this was not the case. There was a section on the menu that had different topping options, but I didn't see that until afterwards and was never given the options at the counter and wasn't even asked what kind of bun/bread I'd like. In the end I got a sad, cold meat sandwich with frozen custard that tasted like cheap ice cream. The only good thing about the fries was that they were warm. Disappointing over all.

the first girl that took care of us was really nice.. but i was given the wrong type of fries. the roast beef was over cooked and cold. the old fashion turkey sandwich was too much bread and no meat… i complained to another girl and she rolled her eyes and stormed away without letting me talk.

I was told that Buffalo’s sandwich is Beef on Weck. Tried at different locations and Anderson’s was a recommended. Not this location. Sandwich was half warm half cold and for $10, I’ve learn my lesson.
