I really like this location because it usually isn't ever busy when I come. The service is pretty fast and the food is always out in a reasonable amount of time. 99% of the time I come here the food is hot and freshly made.

I order from here through DoorDash and EVERY TIME I do, this Arby’s constantly leaves out items. I have given them THREE chances. When I say I want the French DIP and Swiss, they leave out the dip and I’m left with a dry sandwich. Desserts are left out as well. I have tried calling MULTIPLE times to remind them to make sure ALL the items I pay for are included, but they never answer the phone. I have no choice but to order through DoorDash for convenience because I don’t have a car and no way to get to the restaurant. I will be recommending that people NOT order from here if they ask.

I have always loved Arby's. But the last two times I've gone inside to eat at the one on Delaware I've been disappointed. They were busy both times, but their curly fries were ice cold. And there were only females working. I use a walker and they just put the food on the counter as far away from where I was sitting as possible. Every time in the past when men have been working, they were gentlemen and brought the food to my table. The one on Main Street in Williamsville has never disappointed me, but is not close enough for regular use.

They're always polite. Sometimes I have to wait a few extra minutes but theres only one window and you can see they're doing their best. Ive never had a messed up order and everyone has been polite and friendly.
