I really like this location because it usually isn't ever busy when I come. The service is pretty fast and the food is always out in a reasonable amount of time. 99% of the time I come here the food is hot and freshly made.
I have always loved Arby's. But the last two times I've gone inside to eat at the one on Delaware I've been disappointed. They were busy both times, but their curly fries were ice cold. And there were only females working. I use a walker and they just put the food on the counter as far away from where I was sitting as possible. Every time in the past when men have been working, they were gentlemen and brought the food to my table.

They're always polite. Sometimes I have to wait a few extra minutes but theres only one window and you can see they're doing their best. Ive never had a messed up order and everyone has been polite and friendly.
