This is genuinely my favorite restaurant EVER. Also, the best ramen I have ever had. I refuse to get ramen anywhere else in Buffalo… NOTHING compares. Their sushi and drinks are also extremely good. I go here at least once a month, and order takeout at least twice. My boyfriend and I come here for all of our anniversaries (it was also the place we went to for our first date, because I knew he’d trust my food recommendations after taking him here haha). Additionally, the service and the atmosphere is just the most coziest and welcoming thing on the planet. If you are debating going here, DO IT DO IT DO IT!!! If I was on death row, their food would be my last meal. I am Buffalo Sushi Express’s biggest enthusiast!!!

The nigiri was so rich it felt like luxury on a plate, and the tempora shrimp roll was a perfect balance of sweetness . The sushi chef was also our waiter. Super kind and a sweet gentle nature. The sushi was incredibly fresh. Also enjoyed the shrimp dumplings. The miso had nice big chunks of tofu. Very reasonable!
